I'm still one of those people that wonders if "natural" ingredient products will work well.... Nude by Nature defintiley lived up to that!
I have a lot of different primers so I decided to compare. This primer was the only one that didn't make my foundation slide of my face.
They say you should match your foundation type to your primer (ie: silicone base with silicone base), but that's not the case here. All the silicone primers I tested this against had my silicone based foundation sliding off my face.
Pros:
keeps foundation in place
no sliding
Cons:
feels a little sticky as you apply (not really a con because it's just the product working!)

So clearly this came out as a competitor to the much anticipated Halotop coming to Canada. I have tried out 4 or 5 flavours of Halotop before testing the Breyers delight.
Obviously these are very similar ice creams, but I found the Breyers to have a much nicer, thicker consistency, and that can make a world of difference between it tasting like 'REAL' ice cream and 'diet' ice cream.
10/10 would eat again.

Halotop has finally come to Canada and yes ladies, it was everything you imagined!!! This low calorie, high protein, low carb dessert is perfect for people like me who are trying to stay fit and eat healthy, looking for a sensible indulgence .
So far I have tried peanut butter and cookie dough flavours, PB is by far the best. I think the chocolate base tastes a bit richer than the vanilla base.

This stick is life! I don't know if any of you are fans of Jillian Harris and/or watch her instastories...but, one day she did a story where she quickly went through her super fast makeup routine and she put this stick haphazardly on her face and then rubbed it around with her hands, making it look so easy!! She looked amazing after! Flawless and airbrushed!
Well, I had to have this stick after seeing that and it lived up to her video! I have tried about 3 or 4 other high end foundation brands, meticuolsy blending and applying to make them look flawless...and this does not compare! Swipe, swipe ,rub, rub...now I look like a super model in 1 minute!
so so easy, you will never go back!

As a petite woman, it's hard to find protein supplements that aren't high in calories, and aren't high in carbs. Premier Protein fits the bill for both.
Bonus, it doesn't taste like crap! It's pretty good but you really must drink it cold, and not as good as the chocolate.

Bonus, it doesn't taste like crap! It's pretty good but you really must drink it cold. I would use this even as a quick meal replacement if I wasn't working out.

I used it a few times and was happy with the results, but wasn't quite sure it was really giving me volume.
Then....I had my driver's license photo done 7 months apart - the first photo I was not using any volume products, and the 2nd photo I had been using this product....OMG my hair looked SOOOO good in the 2nd photo!
Now I am a believer!

I have been a user of The Ordinary products for months, so I was excited when they came out with foundation.
The colour range is very good, so it was easy to find a match based on other brand's foundations I had already used.
Pros:
- settles to a nice dewy-matte finish
- inexpensive
- looks natural, evens skintone
Cons:
- settles in fine lines around mouth, even though it claims to not settle
- wipes off fairly easily if you don't use a setting spray
Bottom line: I am using this foundation as sort of a BB cream, nice light coverage for when I don't want to be wearing a heavy foundation. You can't beat the price for quality on this one!

The heat tamer spray works well. Tresemme is frequently on sale so I find myself buying this again and again. I always thought of Tresemme as a cheap brand, but if you listen to the Beauty Brains podcast, they frequently recommend Tresemme products as having top performing scientific ingredients. -

So I bought this on a whim, just saw the display in Shoppers, and I always trust L'Oreal so why not! It looked to be thier newest mascara, why not give it a go!
I've tried a lot of hyped up beauty products and been let down, but not this time. I love, love this mascara. It does 2 things really well for me:
1. no need to curl my lashes (I'm lazy!!!)
2. 99% of the time does not transfer mascara to my eyelid when I'm applying!!!
#2 was such a pet peeve for me with other mascaras, especially the ones that have crazy wand shapes (ie: L'oreal's butterfly mascara)
