Hi HeatherLR! There are no immediate plans to open Premium memberships back up. This has been a pilot this year and we don't know yet if it will continue for next year. As for an ap, we are working on an improved mobile experience rather than forcing everyone to download an ap. It's been a long time coming. Stay tuned!
