I have to admit, I was not an acne prone teenager BUT in this change of life that we call cougar puberty ( little joke #iykyk) I tend to get hormonal acne now which is leaving its mark on my skin long after the pimple is gone. So when @thisisbutterly gave me the opportunity to try out PanOxly Blemish Brightening Patches for free, I was like YES PLEASE!!!
The sample arrived with 4 patches, and no instructions. I’m old. I need instructions. So I had to hit up the internet. Their website doesn’t even list this product so thankfully Amazon had the info I needed. I cleaned my skin, no moisturizer where I was putting the patch and applied it They went on ok, stayed on all night & peeled off nicely in the morning. If you hit up my tiktok channel you can see me apply a patch in real time. They do contain niacinamide, tranexamix acid & vitamin c.
I did this for 4 nights, not sure if there is a difference in the color of the marks left. The pamphlet does say the appearance of post acne marks is observed in 10 days, I only had 4, so maybe 6 more days would do it?? Will I buy this product? To be honest, probably not as I did not notice a difference in the marks on my cheek, you can see in the photo for yourself. But maybe my marks are too old? Or it’s the hormones. LOL.
Either way, I ‘m thankful for the opportunity to try it out, maybe it will work for you. Give it shot!

I live an active lifestyle so when a brand comes out with a foundation that boosts to be waterproof, sweat proof and contains no SPF I am all over it!! And being a woman with "mature skin" I am game to find a new love in the foundation department.
Thanks to @urbandecaycosmetics & @thisisbutterly I was given the opportunity to try out the Urban Decay Face Bond Waterproof Foundation (for free).
I have worn this every day since receiving it, in every kind of condition except for swimming. We had snow, sleet, rain & sun. I went on a road trip, worked out and went for a run. I work with kids and did all the mom things. So needless to say my skin goes through a butt load of crap in a day.
Let's talk the good first!
✔️Light weight in its formula
✔️Evens out skin tone/color
✔️Vegan formula
✔️Cruelty free
✔️Dries down super fast
✔️40 shades
✔️No SPF
✔️Contains 3% niacinamide
✔️Paired nicely with other brands products, like concealer & contour
Now let's talk the ugly:
🚫not sweatproof - it literally ran off my face during a 5km run
🚫shows texture of skin with no coverage of imperfections
🚫felt chalky to the touch, even an hour or so after application
🚫needed a setting powder to help offset that chalky feel/look
🚫dried so much that it caked on my skin & settled into my fine lines within a few hours so I had to re moisturize numerous times through out the day (now I do live in a dry climate so that could be why too)
🚫Light transfer to my collar of my hoodies from my face
Would I purchase this when this bottle is done? To be honest I don't know. I am going to keep it for the summer months as it's light weight which is great for hot days & will come with me when I travel to Quebec this summer so maybe a more humid climate will be better.

I talked about this hello sweet coconut deodorant with shea butter sample I received for free the other day & my final review is in after using it for a full week.
The Canadian Company states:
✅ has no aluminum, no baking soda, and no parabens
✅24 hour odor protection
✅dermatologically tested
✅container made from 100% recycled materials
✅ glides easily
✅not tested on animals
✅ vegan
The @yuka_app_us app gave it 100/100 for clean ingredients which is something I am always after.
The packaging is made from recycled products however my community where I live will not take it for recycling, so into the land fill it goes when I am finished. 👎
Out of the package the scent of coconut is not there, however when you sweat then you smell it. It is light so it does not interfere with other fragrances you may be wearing.
It does leave white marks on my black shirts - so it's obvious I am wearing deodorant.
The glides on easy part - nope. A lot of tugging of my skin & irritation occurred trying to get it on. I'm old and don't need any more tugging on my aging skin 😅
I did have to apply 2-3 times through out the day - but then I do lead an active life so I normally reapply products throughout the day as it is.
Haven't seen it in any stores (yet) so Amazon would be the option which isn't really doing anything for Canadian businesses.
Would I buy this? I'm not sure. I will continue to use this full sized product till it runs out, maybe more time will change my mind.
Thank you @thisisbutterly for setting me up with @helloproducts_ca
