I'm not really a big fan of lipstick. With that said I'm exploring the lipstick world trying to figure out what it is everyone loves about lipstick. I've tried other wet n wild lip colors before, but they never did it for me. But I have a friend who absolutely lives with this stuff stuck on her lips and she recommended I give this new formula a try. So I purchased two.
905D Smokin Hot Pink. I don't have much to say about this one. It looks almost red in the package so I was hoping for an elegant pink sort of reddish lip color. Wrong. Now I understand it's called smokin hot pink, and that's about what it lives up too. I don't know how to explain it nicely, it's not elegant and it's not the color for me.
903C Just Peachy. Now this one I can talk about. This shade is gorgeous. It lives up to what it appears to be in package. It's a very pretty coral/peach color. Looks great with any look and has definitely made me believe in the lipstick madness.
Shades aside, the quality of these products is okay. They can dry your lips out a little bit so make sure you have either a lip balm under it or are moisturizing frequently. They glide on smoothly, easy to work with. Only about 2-3 dollars. And they look nice with a lip gloss over or by themselves. Like i said, 903C is a favorite now. I will continue to use it and recommend anyone trying it.

The packaging is nice, it's slim and sleek. Just a regular nothing fancy mascara tube. And if you're like me, you like to keep things simple sometimes. Even better, it was one dollar.
So let's talk product. The wand is one of my favorites. It's not chunky, doesn't have too many bristles coming at you from every which way. It's slim and spaced out enough to get every lash without going over board. It coats every lash, gives a nice amount of length and not much volume. The mascara holds well. It makes lashes look very pretty. I have noticed that if you wear it for very long it does start to have some fall out. 9-10 hours in it is gonna start to give out. However, for an every day look I definitely reach for this. For a night out I think this would work well if you layered a volume building mascara over it, I feel it would probably seal it in and then you wouldn't have fall out. Because it gives you great length and it does get every lash so pair it with another mascara to get some volume and keep the product in place., and for a dollar you should give it a try.

Wet n Wild just released some glitter shadows. I believe there is three shades, I purchased two. I got the bleached 351B which is a clear reflective glitter and the Brass 352B which is a gold glitter. I believe the other shade was a silver glitter. I have to start with the packaging. It is awful. The container itself is about the size of a cotton ball. It is square and it's got three different stickers from edge to edge on each side. I chipped my nail polish trying to get them off and eventually just used my teeth. Yuck. Could not be more disappointed by the packaging. The container itself and the size of it are okay considering it cost me one dollar. Rant over, let's talk about the product. The product I give a huge thumbs up. They're both gorgeous. They are like petroleum based so it's a sticky base with flecks of glitter in them. If you wear them alone I feel like they would move around and not stay in place, with that said I wear them over top a shadow so they have something to stick too. There's not much to really say about these, they are amazing little pods of glitter that are absolutely beautiful and will work on anyone with any look. If you can get past the packaging, it is definitely worth it. -

I recently purchased the scandaleyes eye shadow stick just to give it a try, and I absolutely love it. I got the shade 002 Bulletproof Beige, which is a gorgeous gold/copper color that has some shimmer to it. This. Stuff. Shines. It is awesome. I don't exactly remember what I paid, but I believe around four dollars. I definitely think that's a steal, for this shade at least. I can't rave about the color of this, it's beautiful. The shade is spot on, it's got some natural shine to it and some added sparkle making it just the perfect eye shadow stick or maybe eye shadow period. Color alone isn't what makes an eyeshadow great, so let's talk quality and staying power. The quality of it is great. It glides on smoothly, just be careful because it is chunky and can get onto the eyelashes if your just smudging it everywhere. I did have to go over top of it again just to get the full affect of the color, but I don't mind when the color payoff is what this was. I wore it for about eight hours and it was still perfectly in place ready for eight more hours it seemed. It does say waterproof on the packaging and although I didn't exactly test that wearing it fully done, I did swatch it on my hand and rubbed with a wet finger. It stayed put. So all in all, I love this product. I will be purchasing a few more to try out the different shades, but this one is golden. Pun intended. -

I purchased the Too Faced Eye Love palette off Ebay for $15.00. Let's realize what a deal that is first. If your familiar with Too Faced products or not, you'll love this palette. The palette is a little larger than my iPhone 5, inside of it are 8 beautiful shadows. The idea behind this palette is two shadows from each of their best sellers. I love this because they give two shadows to pair together, with instructions on how to apply them to get the specific look. They give four options: natural, smokey, naked, and romantic eye. This is great for beginners if you need some guidance they've already paired the two shadows for you as well as given instructions with picture right on the packaging. If your experienced and have knowledge of what your doing, this palette is awesome for you also. It's there for you as just a quick thrown together look out the door, or I love it because I like to mix them up and create my own. For example, I like taking the shade Satin Sheets from the naked eye section and using it with push up from the natural section. For beginners if you want to play around like this, a good key to use is to just use one of the top colors with a bottom color and then you can mix them up and see what you like. Or just use them as is, the way they paired them for you. Love this palette for anyone, and for the price it is a must have. -
