It might effect those with allergies or sensitivity to litter dust. However there is little to no smell of the purr babies wee or poo. Huge plus with multi cat home! -

It is nutritionally sound as well. It is slightly on the expensive side, but any quality cat food is going to be a bit pricier. They like it and it is good for them, so I am happy to spend a bit more. -
