I started to be become aware of how inactive I was at my office job when a friend of mine said let's start tracking our steps thru our Health app on our Iphones. It was a pain keeping an accurate account this way because if you weren't always carrying your phone it wouldn't track your steps. My sister ended up getting a new Fitbit and ended up giving me her fitbit flex. I have been using it since November and I can honestly say I feel more accountable now that I am being tracked. My friend and I do daily challenges to see how many steps we've done. Love how it tracks my sleep and I can see my steps on my phone thru the app...very convenient.
My only complaint is the band. Removing the battery to charge it causes it to slightly tear. I fear I'm going to need to a new band soon and seeing that this is an older model I don't know if I'm going to find one.
Love it and would buy it in a second.

I was interested in this bottle as a friend of mine had it and raved how well it kept her water cold. I am extremely picky when it comes to drinking the suggested 8 glasses of water a day. My water has to be cold, otherwise I just can't drink it. I hated having to bring in multiple bottles of water. This insulated water bottle is my savior. It's pricier than I would normally pay, but thankfully I was able to find one at Costco. I definitely would recommend this bottle. -
