I have always dealt with fine hair. Not thin, I have a lot of it, but fine. And throughout the year, every few months or so I will go through a shedding phase, where I notice lot of hair in the tub or in my brush. For my age my skin isn't too bad, wrinkles wise. However I'd like to have more elasticity. I purchased this item after reading about the positive effects this supplement could have on my hair, nails and skin. It took quite a while to notice any results, you really have to be patient. I'd say it took about 3-4 months for me to notice anything at all.
Slowly I started noticing new baby hair growing near my hairline. It's not a major change in my hair, I think you'll only notice a subtle change unless you are really lacking in these nutrients. My hair is still fine and is about the same strength. It still goes through shedding phases, but it doesn't seem to last as long. My skin however keeps breaking out and I have read that this is a side effect of taking biotin. I have used 2 bottles which had 90 capsules per bottle and I still have one bottle to go. I will continue with the last bottle and if I do not see any changes in my skin and the breakouts continue I don't think I will keep on taking this product. The change in my hair isn't drastic enough for the sacrifice I am making with my skin. I have not noticed any real changes with my skin either, other than the acne. The BIGGEST change I noticed is how quickly my nails have grown. My nails have always been strong, but now they grow twice as fast. I have a chronic split in my nail due to an injury to the nailbed and I was hoping this would help with the problem and stop the nail from splitting, but it hasn't helped at all. I'm on the fence with this product. Not sure if I like it or not. I like the new hair around the hairline, but not much else. These capsules are filled with white powder and are about the average size you'd expect from a vitamin/capsule. This product has no fillers, are vegan and are non-gmo. I purchased this supplement at Healthy Planet in Canada. There was a promo, buy one get one.

I was given these little bundles of yumminess to sample from a family member. My Mom always referred to me as 'the cruncher!' because I enjoy eating crunchy snacks. And BOY are these crunchy!! I instantly became a huge fan of these. They have almost an almondy (cherry) flavour to them and the added cranberries give it a little chewiness in areas that are unexpected. The almonds are delicious and flecked throughout the cookie. These little beauties ring in at only 100 calories and are nice to have with a coffee or a cup of tea. Some packages may have an extra cookie, I guess this is because they go by weight of the product while packaging. I could easily eat the whole box of these (lol), but I hold myself back after 1 package, knowing I only consumed 100 calories for a snack with my tea makes me feel no guilt whatsoever! -

I am a HUGE fan of Coke Zero. I love to indulge in a few soft drinks on the weekend and this is the drink I mostly choose to buy as a treat for myself. I love the can/bottle layout (it's visually appealing and cool), the taste, the price, the fact that it's zero calories and I think it's a great product overall. I guess the only thing I wish Coke could do while making a product like this is to use a healthier form of sweetener, like stevia, etc. That would be the only thing I would change, and the reason I gave it one less star. -

I purchased this skin cream as a combo set at Costco. It was in the Elizabeth Arden Millenium 3-piece Set. I LOVE this skin cream. I like to try all different types of brands to switch things up and this is among one of my faves. It is has a light texture, no greasiness at all and is absorbed almost instantly into your skin. I think this skin cream may not be strong enough for people with extremely dry skin, but I'm not sure because I myself have combo/acne prone sensitive skin and it works perfectly well for me. This skin cream has no strange overpowering perfumey scents and after using it you can't even tell there has been cream applied to your skin. It leaves your skin soft and gently moisturized. No unwanted shine. -

I purchased this eye cream as a combo set at Costco. It was the Elizabeth Arden Millenium 3-piece Set. Excellent price and great product in my opinion. This eye cream feels like one of the better brands. My only word of caution is I wouldn't apply too much at once because if you do the cream almost becomes 'gluey'. In this case less is better because when used properly this cream goes on smooth and leaves your under eye area perfectly moisturized. I like trying all different brands of eye creams, face creams and body moisturizers and I would have to say Elizabeth Arden does a great job with their products. No strange smell, gentle, doesn't make me break out and no greasy after feel to it. Can be used day or night. -

I started using this product about 5 years ago. I actually got a small sample of it and quickly fell in love, it seems I cannot be without this facial cleanser anymore. It is silky smooth and literally a drop is all you need. Don't let the size of the tube fool you ( 5 fl. oz.), this cleanser lasts forEVVVVERRR!! I find it is extremely gentle on my sensitive/combination/acne prone skin. This cleanser does not make my face break out and has no strong perfumey odor. It has vitamin C added and makes your skin feel clean, yet not stripped or dry after using. This face wash is creamy and lathers a little when you rub your palms together prior to using (must be used with water). I use it once per day, while showering. I would totally recommend this product to anyone. It seems like it would work well on almost any type of skin. PERFECT!! -
