I've tried the natures bounty hair gummies as well as the Kardashian bear ones but they didn't work for me. This product was recommended to me by a naturopath doctor who I told I could only do gummies (gag reflex when taking pills), and they told me to try this brand out because it's no sugar and also it has a more 'complete' formula. These gummies also have collagen and silica which is why I think they work better than the others, but after 3 weeks of taking them I definitely see my hair grow out much more dense. My nails are also growing faster, so I'm very happy with these gummies and am going to keep taking them. I'd recommend everyone try out at least a bottle if you're looking for something for your hair. P.S. they don't have sugar, and I didn't find the taste to be as good as the natures bounty gummies, but for something that's sugarless these are extremely tasty! -
