I was chosen as one of the Vichy ambassadors. I received this product, the Idealia Radiance Activating Night Peeling Care. I was excited to receive this product since I am dealing with marks/spots and dull skin (especially after winter) so this was a product I was interested in using especially since it has glycolic acid *which helps with exofoliation of the skin and reducing marks). I also noticed some wrinkles on my forehead so was interested in seeing if those could be reduced or minimized. The product itself comes in a clear bottle that is typical of vichy products (very clean looking). I think it is a dark red colour and smells of blueberries (which makes sense since blueberry polyphenols is listed in the product). You apply it on your face using a cotton swab at nighttime. A caution when using this product is to ensure you use sunscreen during the day time (which I am already doing so it was no change for me). I noticed immediately after the first use the next day my skin seemed brighter (less dull). In terms of marks from acne I haven't noticed any significant changes yet (however I have only been using the product for about a week). I noticed the product sells for about $40 which seems to be the median price for these kind of products.
The reason I noted that I would probably purchase this again is just because I have only been using it for about a week so I cannot particularly judge the longterm effects. I'm realistic in my expectations about any product and don't expect magic to occur over night. I will continue to use the product until it is finished and assess from there. But I am a fan of vichy products and for this product the prognosis is so far so good!

I regularly use dove hair care products so was excited to receive this to try as part of the product review club. I received the Dove Ultracare Conditioner Crème for Thick, Damaged Hair Concentrated Repair. I have very thick hair, I wouldn't describe it as damaged necessarily but it can be dry especially in these winter months. I used the product along with my regular dove shampoo. I found the product size was quite generous (8 oz). I would recommend this to people looking for a conditioner that is a little more moisturizing or people with colour treated hair. Product wise I loved the scent it smelled really nice and actually you could smell it before I even opened the tube. The product is very thick and creamy and has a texture similar to a regular conditioner. The instructions are also similar to a regular conditioner. I found after use that it did leave my hair looking shiny and feeling soft. Sometimes I find conditioners don't really have the conditioning effect. I'll be using this more to monitor the results but so far I have been pleased with the results. -

I received this product as part of the product review club. I have used various nivea moisturizers and products before and am a fan of the brand. This particular moisturizer can be used on the body, face and hands so it's an all in one product. I saw currently at wal mart it is 12.97 which i think is a little on the expensive side but then again if it can be a body and face moisturizer i guess that is acceptable as it replaces several products. The product is 400ml which is about the same size as the normal nivea moisturizer in the blue tin. I'm a little weary about facial moisturizer that you have to stick your fingers into just because i have sensitive skin but i didn't experience any break outs using this product. the product is advertised for all skin types and that seemed to check out at least for sensitive skin. like all nivea products it has a nice light scent that isn't unpleasant or overbearing. I noticed it was also light and absorbed quickly and was not greasy or heavy. It's a nice product and I would definitely consider purchasing it if it went on sale. -

I received the micellair water product by nivea as part of the product review club. i have also used this product before I received it as it was on sale prior to myself joining the product testing. The things that caught my eye were the price point it's somewhere in the $5-8 dollar range which is really reasonable. The size of the product is also really great it's 400 ML which is quite a lot! I bought the sephora brand micellair water it was about 100ml and cost around the same with the same results. The product works will on sensitive skin (which is me) i was able to use it and it was not irritating or drying. I didn't notice any scent (which could have just been me) so that was fine. For those commenting on you have to use it a few times to get makeup off. I noticed that with a lot of similar products (not only drugstore) I usually use this kind of product personally for a quick refresh or after the gym so I'm not washing my face 10,000 times a day. -

I was able to try a free sample of the nude by nature perfecting primer as part of the product review club. Primer is meant to be put on underneath your foundation as part of your skin prep routine. I never actually wore primer until I got a sample of smashbox primer which i really liked. They were sold out of it last time I went to sephora and i was recommended the makeup forever primer which i was using until i received this sample. Once I started using the nude by nature sample you could SEE THE DIFFERENCE. Firstly the product I find i only need to use a small amount versus makeup forever. It also goes on very smoothly and makes my skin feel very matte. Once I put on foundation it goes on very smoothly and lasts the whole day until I get home. It also has a nice light scent. I couldn't find information in terms of the price, but this would be a wonderful drugstore alternative to some more expensive options. I am really happy I got to try this sample as I probably would have never bought the product on my own. -

I received the neutrogena hydro boost gel cream for free as part of the product review club. We received a very small sample size that was probably only for a few days use but I had actually received the product as a christmas gift before. The main ingredient in the product that I really like is hyaluronic acid which allows skin to hold more moisture. It's something I look for in a product as my skin can get very dry especially in the winter. The product has a nice light texture and scent and goes very well under makeup. The product sells for arond $20 which is reasonable as I don;t usually find most drug store brands contain hyalruonic acid. The product is also non comedogenic and oil free. -

I received a full size product of the neutrogena hydro boost water gel sunscreen as part of the product review club. The product comes in a squeezable blue bottle. A little actually goes a long way i usually use a dime size amount and that's more than enough for my entire face. I ususally use ombrelle on my face and I found the neutrogena hydro boost gel less greasy/oily so it is perfect for every day use or for use under makeup. The product is SPF 50 and waterproof so it's also good for a day at the beach or summer weather. The product is around 15.99 which is how much most facial sunscreens go for. -

I received a free sample package of the neutrogena all in one make up removing cleansing wipes as part of the product review club. I have purchased these several times so this is not the first time I used them. I personally believe they are the best drug store cleansing wipe out there as they really are an "all in one" product, removing ALL my makeup including waterproof mascara. The cloth smells nice and fresh and is very soft on the skin. The only downside was the price. It states $3.00 for a pack of seven wipes which I think is too much. I would like to spend maybe $5-7 on a full size pack. -

I received the love beauty and planet argan oil and lavender smooth and serene conditioner from chick advisor for free as part of the product review club. On the surface it seems like any other conditioner, but amazingly they use a fast rinse conditioner technology that helps save water. I had never heard of that but appreciate it greatly. Hey not only does it save water it saves me time in the shower which I appreciate ;) On top of that it is vegan with no silicones, parabens or dyes. Wonderful because who wants all that extra junk in your hair right? Oh and it smells great too so I would definitely recommend anyone to try it next time you're in the market for a new shampoo or conditioner. -

I received the love beauty and planet argan oil and lavender smooth and serene shampoo from chick advisor for free as part of the product review club. The product is described as calming definition for frizzy hair which I really felt was true as the product was very moisturizing which was probably the result of the argan oil in the product. The lavender scent is present without being too overpowering and I think this is a perfect shampoo to use before going to bed or before relaxing as lavender has a very calming effect. I love that the naturally and ethically sourced oils and extracts are used because even though you may think oh its just shampoo what does it matter every little bit helps our planet. Love this brand and love this shampoo, thanks chickadvisor for introducing me to it. -
