I know perms are not vey popular but I like to get them before going on a long holiday. I went for the consultation and liked what I was told so I booked. Before leaving I asked the receptionist (who booked the appointment and talked with the stylist) how much would the perm be. She said $120.00, I thought that was an average price. At first I was impressed with stylist but after she took out the rods you could see some of the ends were badly fried (not a big deal) but I had to ask her to trim them. When I went to pay I was told it was $189 (at this price one would think a trim is included). I told the receptionist I was quoted $120 but all she could do was make excuses as to the difference. The perm is OK not spectatular and deffinitely not worth $189. If you do decide to book verifty the price before they start, you won't get any break once done.    -
