Thanks to Butterly I got to try this lip gloss in the shade 01 Clear Shine for free in exchange for my honest review. I have very dry skin including my lips. I found that this gloss/lip oil hybrid was really moisturizing and hydrating. I really love how lightweight it feels. It has the high shine you would expect from a good lip gloss but it isn't thick or sticky. It looks very pretty when the light hits it. In terms of texture, it feels a lot like a thinner version of the Laneige sleeping lip mask (the one in the jar not the tube). This prisma glass gloss is more comfortable to wear during the day than the Laneige mask and it lasts longer. The 15% Squalane really helps my lips not feel dry or crack through out the day. I also love that I got the clear shade because that means I can layer it with different lip liners and lipsticks for endless combos and looks. I can essentially wear it everyday. The one thing I simply can't get over is the size compared to the price. $52 for only 3.5ml and let me tell you 3.5ml goes fast with daily use my tube is nearly empty. The formula is very nice so I can understand a luxury price but for that luxury price I would want a tube to last longer. I would consider that price for 6ml of product but I can't justify it for 3.5. I also really love the packaging and how wide they made the tube. It is pretty big which makes it easy to find in my purse or makeup bag. Overall I really love the formula and can see myself maybe buying it as a gift or for a special occasion. It is a very nice luxury lip gloss. -

Thanks to Butterly I got to try this foundation for free in exchange for my honest review. I took me a few days to figure out the best way to apply this foundation but once I got the hang of it, I absolutely loved it. Less is more with this so I only focus on one area of my face at a time and build up thin layers till I get the coverage I want. Since it is a matte finish as well as self-setting I find it is best to apply it with a damp beauty blender or sponge, that way you have a bit more time to work with it. I love that you can really get the coverage that you want and still feel lightweight and like you aren't wearing anything. This is probably the most comfortable foundation I have ever worn. I completely forget I am wearing makeup and the best part is it is transfer-proof. I had my phone pressed to my cheek for a while on a call and when I was done zero transfer. When I wiped my face with a tissue zero transfer. Took a nap and zero transfer. The only thing I don't like is after a bit it does crease under my eyes. I also have to prep my skin well because I have dry skin and this is a matte foundation. I am excited to see if the built-in 3% Niacinamide serum makes a difference over time. So far my skin feels and looks pretty good.

Thanks to Butterly I got to try this perfume for free in exchange for my honest review. I like that Clean Reserve saw that there were people who couldn't use perfumes because of their sensitive skin or sensitivity to alcohol and they decided to do something about it. If that is you, then this is a great option for you. I will say that this alcohol-free perfume smells amazing but the scent does not last the same way that alcohol-based perfumes do. This perfume has a light fresh pretty floral scent with a hint of fruitiness and musk. It smells a bit more like a body spray rather than a fancy perfume in a refreshing good way. I think this is a nice scent for summer. My only issue with it is that it does not last more than 2 hours max and also is not strong enough for someone sitting near you to smell it. I will stick to my favorite alcohol-based Clean Reserve scent Radiant Nectar over this one.

Thanks to Butterly I got to try this mascara for free in exchange for my honest review. I am very picky with mascaras so I am happy to say this one passed all my tests and is totally worth it. The big brush grabs and coats all my lashes easily without getting it on my eye lids. This mascara curls and holds a curl like no other. I did not need to use an eyelash curler even though I usually do as part of my routine. In terms of the texture of the formula on a scale of wet to dry this mascara is more on the dry side. I really prefer this as it is easier and more precise to use. It is super buildable. If you want a more natural look only dip the brush in the tube once and then just keep brushing it on to your lashes to build volume without putting anymore product on the brush. If you are like me and want a more dramatic look, I did 2-3 layers and wow they look like false lashes. The lashes don't clump together, they are darker and more fanned out. Even though the formula is dry it does not flake, smudge or irritate my eyes. I love that it is lightweight and stays all day. I have not tried swimming or crying in it yet but I would say it is waterproof because it stays on all day and can be hard to remove. You will need a cleansing balm, oil or really good eye makeup remover to get this off. I would have never thought to pick this up myself because I always assume anything carrying YSL branding would be super expensive but this is only $2 more than the mascara I am currently using so I think this is totally worth the upgrade. -

Thanks to Butterly I got to try this hydro boost cream for free in exchange for my honest review. In this current age of skincare where most creams are trying to cure too many skin concerns and have multiple active ingredients that often lead to irritation, this Neutrogena Hydro boost cream is a refreshing return to the basics. It is a hydrating cream. For my skin it did everything it claimed to. It quenched my dry skin and it did not cause any irritation or clog my pores. It is lightweight and absorbs quickly leaving my skin smooth and soft. It does not leave a dewy or greasy finish. I like to use it during the day time because it layers well with both makeup and other skincare products. It does not pill. I like that I can use this on days where I purely want to sooth and hydrate my skin to give it a break. If I really want to, I can also layer it with a serum that has active ingredients (AHA, Vitamin C and so on) without having to worry about a reaction. This is because the main ingredients of the Hydro boost cream are hyaluronic acid and glycerin which are compatible with basically everything. I also love that it is fragrance free. -

Thanks to Butterly I got to try this Primer for free in exchange for my honest review. This primer has a very unique texture like nothing I've ever used before. It comes out of the tube like a thick clear gel but when you put it on it turns into a smooth slightly powdery finish. It sets pretty quickly so you have to spread it out fast. It has a blurring effect and helps cover up uneven texture. I used it under a full coverage foundation and found that it really grips the makeup so much so that I had less time to blend it out then I usually do. The key to using this primer successfully is working fast. Once it was on it helped my makeup last all day. I have dry skin and the only thing I did not like was that it made my skin feel a little tight. This could be due to the fact that I am testing it out in the middle of a cold dry Canadian winter and it's a mattifying primer. I can see this working really well for people with normal to oily skin. I can see myself loving it in the summer so I'm going to save it and revisit it then. I did like how it blurred my pores and skin texture and the velvety finish it gave my foundation. It has a light lemon herbal scent but that doesn't last for long. There is no noticeable scent by the time I finish my whole routine. I love that it has skincare ingredients like Prebiotic Peptides and Ashwagandha.

Thanks to Butterly I got to try this Aveeno daily moisturizer spf 30 for free in exchange for my honest review. This product is more of a sunscreen than a moisturizer to me. Also, it is slightly tinted which is important to mention because it doesn't say that anywhere on the box. I am very pale and when I first apply it there is a slight white cast but that goes away as I blend it out. However, I let my mom who is very tan try it and it left a noticeable white cast on her. I like the sleek tube it comes in and I also like the fact that it doesn't smell like a sunscreen. It just has a very neutral scent. What ruins it for me is the fact that no matter how long you wait it never feels like it fully dries or absorbs into the skin. It is always slightly sticky. -

Thanks to Butterly I got to try this Energize Body Cleanser for free in exchange for my honest review. I can not explain how much I love the way this smells! I wish they made more products in this scent like a body or hand cream. It has a strong floral rose scent which is followed by lighter notes of chamomile and bergamot. My only complaint is that I wish it lasted longer. The scent doesn't linger and by the time you get out of the shower it's gone. This cleanser has a gel like texture that forms a gentle milky lather. It's perfect for dry skin. As it doesn't really suds up, I find the best way to use it is on slightly damp skin with a cloth. If you add too much water, it won't lather and you will end up using more product than you need to. I really like to use this after I exfoliate to sooth my skin and lock in moisture. The packaging is luxurious, it looks like a fancy amber glass bottle but it is really plastic so you don't have to worry about it breaking if it falls in your washroom.

Thanks to Butterly I got to try this Body Cream for free in exchange for my honest review. I have very dry skin and really enjoyed the fact that this cream has multiple moisturizing ingredients in it; Shea Butter, Jojoba Oil, Mandarin Oil, Vitamin C and E. The texture is very interesting because it is thicker than your traditional body cream but not thick enough to be considered a body butter. It is thick and moisturizing while still being fast absorbing and non-greasy. I get a slightly different scent every time I use it. Sometimes I get the bright freshly squeezed mandarin orange scent and other times I get the more herbal woodsy rosemary scent. Sometimes it's a mix of both but I find the scent usually fades after it dries down. Within 20 minutes you really can't smell it at all. This is good so that it doesn't clash with any other products you are wearing. They did a really good job at making a product that both men and women can use; everyone in my house likes it. The packaging is luxurious, it looks like a fancy amber glass bottle but it is really plastic so you don't have to worry about it breaking if it falls in your washroom.

Thanks to Butterly I got to try these pimple patches for free in exchange for my honest review. I love pimple patches! I am someone who can't help but touch and pick my face and these are perfect to stop me from doing that. They are clear so I wear them during the day and overnight when a blemish pops up. They work really well at absorbing gunk when there is a white head. If the pimple is too deep and they don't absorb anything it still helps heal it faster, reduce redness and keep the area clean. I like that these are priced well compared to other brands. I also find that these are slightly thicker than other patches I have used in the past. What's cool about these Mighty patches is the sheet they're on is perforated so you can bend it and remove the patches easily without getting them stuck to your nails or folding in on themselves. -
