It's already hot enough without having to wear heavy creams etc. so this fits the bill as it's nice an light, absorbs well and is not greasy. I keep one in my purse wherever I go. -

I got a coupon to try this for free. The advertised cost is about a dollar more than Frebreze. This particular scent is nice and light, and not overpowering. However it doesn't have any staying power in comparison to Frebreze. I sprayed Frebreze in one room and then this one in another. The scent pretty much went away as soon as the droplets hit the ground. I'm not sure if it's the quality of the product of that this scent is so light, I couldn't tell? This advertises as a "kit", which is a holder that can be refilled. The re-fill bottled is slightly cheaper than Frebreze, however this is 198g. vs. 275g, so I'm not sure if it's at all a better value. I am confused by the re-fill concept. Is this supposed to make this product better for the environment with less packaging? But the refill is a full bottle in itself of the same size. It's not like buying soap detergent in bulk packaging to fill up a smaller bottle. So I don't see how this reduces any packaging. As a matter of fact, it uses additional holder, which in itself is additional plastic packaging. Am I missing something? I think I'll stick to Frebreze as this hasn't proven to be a better product or a better price. -

The work out literally takes all of 30 minutes, so leaves plenty of time for me to get home and make dinner! The premise is that you spend 2 minutes at each station "boxing" with gloves, alternating between upper body and lower body. There are 12 stations in total, with 2 that work on your abs. There's a short rest (like 20 seconds) between each station. The work out is great after a rough day at work where you literally just want to "hit" something to let off some steam. It's a great cardio work out. The instructors at my location are great, very personable and encouraging, and more importantly they will push you! I liked that during my 1 week trial, there was no pressure to buy a membership.
Here are my "negatives". Like Curves the concept is do your 30 minutes and get out. There's no additional equipment (or room) for weight lifting, or more ab work etc., that most gyms have. I'm at the Vancouver location (Clark and 2nd) which is in an industrial area, in what looks like a garage. In the summer, it's hot and stuffy (no air con) and in the winter, it's freezing (no heat).... all this aside, yes, I still enjoy coming here because I love the boxing aspect of it. They are not opened 7 days a week, depending on the location. Closed Sundays. And the hours are usually in the morning and after work, so not really good if you work shift work.
Pricing: it's not the cheapest around. I pay about $65 per month including taxes.
I've been a member for almost one year (joined Sept. 2011) and visit about 2-3 times a week. I rotate this work out with other work outs such as Zumba, an outdoor bootcamp class now and then, plus my daily walks to keep things interesting.

Frankly I dislike cereal bars. As a matter of fact, I dislike cereal. But I make an exception for the Orange and Cranberry bars. These are one of the ones that I eat. I don't love it, but it's one that I find good enough that I'll eat. At 130 calories per bar with 4 g. of fiber it's a pretty good snack substitute. Though a bit light for a breakfast replacement. I always have one sitting in my gym bag for those posts work outs (before dinner). This is the only favour that I actually like, I find the other All Bran bars are very dry in comparison.
Every now and then I find coupons for this through save.ca etc. so that helps.

I always have one of these kicking around my desk at work to clean up the keyboard and phone, I also have one in each bathroom and kitchen. Good to get rid of the germs every now and then! Doesn't streak and the scent is very decent.

I just read the reviews on this product and interesting that most people use this in their laundry. I actually use it as my household cleaner. I scrub the floors, sink, kitchen counter etc, with this. And it works! Cleans grease and grime easily. I have a liquid version of this as well, for removing stains off the carpet or couch. -
I couldn't live without one of these in each of the rooms in my house. More importantly the bathrooms! Refreshing scent and more importantly long lasting

I've been on a donut craze lately and was sooooo happy when Lucky's Donuts opened up in Vancouver a few months ago. I drive by every morning on my way to work and always see a line up! It's located inside 49th Parallel on Main Street, so a great place to grab a cup of coffee with these delicious donuts. The price is not cheap as they can run up to $3.50 each. But they have some super inventive options. My favorite so far is the peanut butter and jam. It's a square shaped donut with a peanut glaze filled with raspberry jam. The 2nd favorite is one filled with mango jam with fruit chunks. They have other fabulous ones such as a donut with meringe topping, apple bacon fritter, salted caramel. Their donutes are light and fluffy. YUMMMM -
