This product advertise as daily scrub but the instruction said use it for 3-4 times a week. So I guess it is for every other day usage. It is very gentle in terms of the exfoliating feature. I wish it is a little stronger but given that it is for frequent usage, I guess it is OK. I think it has a mild vanilla scent, but I am not a huge fan of how it smell. All in all, it is an Ok product if you want a scrub to use frequently.    -
