KORRES makes lovely products and this body butter is one of them. However, I wouldn't call it a body butter, more like a really nice moisturizer. It's not as rich as some other body butters I've tried and for someone like me with dry skin that needs a very rich body butter in the winter, this would not cut it. It would be wonderful for the summer though, especially in this scent.
The only major con I have is the price. I don't think it's worth $36 for being a good moisturizer as opposed to an amazing body butter.

This is a great matte lipstick for a drugstore price. It's probably not the best matte lipstick on the market, but it's pretty good. They have a decent range of colours including ones that are flattering on darker skin tones, which is always a plus to me. I've repurchased this product and will probably pick up a few more in other colours. The only down side is that it contains parabens. -

This mascara did not work out for me at all and I'm not sure why so many people like it. The container does not squeeze off any of the product from the brush when you remove the brush from the container so you have to spend a minute scraping off the majority of the product. Then once you apply the product and if you have anything more than barely anything on the brush it will clump up your lashes like crazy and dry hard so you can't even brush out the clumps. It also flakes and irritates the eyes throughout the day. And any exposure to the slightest amount of moisture or humidity and this is running down your face. It's definitely not worth the $12. -

These wipes are great for removing eye makeup and overall face makeup. The clothes are 99% natural, biodegradable, oil-free, and hypoallergenic. They do not dry out my already dry skin and actually leave it feeling moisturized after I use it. I still use a cleanser after this just because I wear a full face of makeup most days and I'm paranoid about not getting all my makeup off, but for those who wear light makeup these sheets would be sufficient. It does take a little bit of rubbing on the lower lash line to get off eyeliner, but other than that I find it works well.
Each pack comes with 30 sheets for $9-11 at Shoppers Drug Mart. I wait until they're on sale and stock up, but they usually only stock a few and these are quite popular so they go quickly. They have an online store on their site but it does not ship to Canada.

This palette is amazing and is the only one I pack when I'm traveling. It's so versatile - it can create very subtle, natural looks but also dark, dramatic ones. It's warm toned and looks great on so many skin tones. The pigmentation of the shadows is out of this world and I need to use very little product to receive highly saturated colours. I also really like the eyeshadow brush that it comes with. It's soft and tapered at the end, which makes it easy to get into the eyelid crease and under the eyes.
It is definitely an expensive palette, but considering the high quality of the shadows and the number of shadows it comes with, it's actually very reasonably priced. The only thing that peeves me is it's $10 more expensive in Canada than the US, which I think is really unnecessary. The discrepancy shouldn't be that great. I picked mine up at an Ulta in the States to save a few bucks, but I've only seen it at Sephora in Canada.

This is my go-to primer and I'm on my third tube now. One tube lasts about 8 months, and use it almost every day. I prefer it over the Urban Decay primer potion, which I found creased more than my Too Faced Shadow Insurance. This product is smooth and only a very little drop is needed to cover both lids. It keeps my shadow vibrant and relatively crease-free. My lids crease no matter what but this product keeps the creasing very minimal and relatively unnoticeable.
The pros:
- Cruelty-free
- Paraben-free
- Highly effective
- A little goes a long way
- One tube lasts 8 months
The cons:
- $6 more in Canada than the US

I picked up the travel size version of this mascara from Sephora, which is half the price for the same amount of product. The wand size is also the same as the full-size version and is a full-on wand. This mascara is made to give volume, not length. The formula is very light and I feel like I'm not wearing anything on my lashes at all. Plus it's buildable without getting clumpy. It's great as an everyday mascara but I wouldn't recommend buying the full size version when the travel size has the same amount of product for half the amount.
The cons to this mascara are the following:
- It only comes in black
- It holds a curl, but not very well
- Not paraben-free

This is the best foundation I've used yet for my dry skin. It blends easily and is incredibly buildable. It makes my face look flawless and lasts all day with minimal product wearing off. It feels very light on the skin and it's moisturizing yet it's oil-free so it would be suitable for those with oily skin too.
The colour range is excellent and it was very easy to find my shade, V8 (I'm an NC35 in M.A.C). I purchased it at a Shoppers Drug Mart but they're not available in all SDM stores. The container has a clear line by the opening so that you can see the shade of the liquid clearly and once it starts running out you can see how much product you have left.
The cons about this foundation are the following:
- This foundation is not paraben-free
- The applicator is a brush, which is unhygienic. I would prefer a squeeze tube or a pump.
- Product squeezes out when the lid is closed and dries out between the container and the lid. It's a waste of product and it can get messy if you don't wipe it off every time.

I love this lip balm and it's been my go-to lip balm this winter. My skin gets very dry during cold weather and this helped heal my dry skin and kept it soft and moisturized after. I used to use the Blistex Lip Medex lip balm, but after finding out that Blistex tests on animals I replaced it with this Burt's Bees one and find that it's just as good. -
