These bars are quite tasty and are a perfect option for that extra protein after a work-out or for someone on the go that doesn't have the time to grab a meal or snack. I would definitely recommend it.

I did find the bar a little sweet - more like a dessert than a meal, but that wouldn't keep me from buying them in the future. -

I'm not an extremely active person using protein post-workout or anything like that, but I am quite busy and often find myself without the time to get or make a meal (usually lunch). This bar provided enough sustenance to allow me to go on with my day and not feel like I had missed a meal. -
