I joined fit 4 less basically to save money. My boyfriend and I just purchased our first home and I didn't want to spend a ton of money on a Goodlife gym membership. I joined last June and it cost just under $200. It had the basics of what I would need but eventually I just got tired of the limited equipment. Most of the staff who worked at the location I went to were great they were extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately, after 9 months I decided to sign up with Goodlife again. They have better equipment as well as a wider selection. I like how there is WiFi is all the gyms as well. I am a huge March madness fan and being able to fit in games at the gym is super convenient. My biggest issues with fit 4 less (and trust me I know you get what you paid for)
1) absolutely no water fountains at the location. I noticed this after I joined and just thought it was wild a gym didn't have 1 single water fountain. If I forgot water I'd have to stop at a store or wait until I got home. They sold drinks there one issue with that was I rarely carry cash on me.
2) the treadmills there would shake if I ran on them. They were fine for walking or walking on an incline.
3) they did not have an adequate stairmaster. They had 2 small ones where you ended up having sore feet after the work out rather than feeling any type of burn in your butt/legs
4) did not have mens/females change rooms. Just 2 individual change rooms
5) they only had 6 real spin bikes. The virtual program they had with the spin bikes didn't actually work either.
It was a good solution for the time as we had just spent a ton of money on expected and unexpected costs of owning your first home but I won't be going back.

I discovered a few years ago that I have developed allergies. Dust, ragweed, trees, grass and dogs (mainly dog hair) I have a German shepherd and I find her hair can easily trigger my allergies and cause it to flare up. I purchased Kirkland allergy pills from Costco and I noticed I would have to take at least two for my allergic reaction to go away. It seemed to also take a long time to start kicking in. That's when I purchased Reactine and I will never go back. Reactine works quickly and I only need to take 1. We recently also discovered our German shepherd has allergies and my vet recommended her to take regular strength 5mg Reactine when she experiences reactions. This product not only works for me but also works for my dog. I would definitely recommend it. -

I love the Swiffer Sweeper Dry clothes. We have 2 animals, a German shepherd and a short hair domestic cat. We accumulate a TON of hair throughout our house. Anyone with a German shepherd knows they shed like crazy. A couple years after having her I discovered I developed allergies. Two of the five things I'm allergic to is dust and dog hair. This Swiffer Sweeper helps keep my allergies in check as it is super easy to clean with the dry magnetic cloths and it also doesn't take long. It is easy to get dust and hair under the beds, desk, to the couch. I'll continue to purchase this product even if I get over my allergies as it keeps the house dust/hair free. I would definitely recommend especially if you have an animal that sheds a lot, like a German shepherd. -

I absolutely love this toothpaste. I grew up using cheap toothpaste for most of my life. Eventually I noticed that my teeth were becoming very sensitive to cold and hot foods/liquids. My dentist recommended Sensodyne or Pronamel. I started using it and I have never used any other toothpaste since. I noticed it drastically helped with sensitivity and I will never use cheap toothpaste again. This product definitely works and I'd highly recommend if you struggle with even a little bit of sensitivity. -

I purchased this product when I purchased vichy pro even to help with old acne/blemish scaring. I have been using it now for just over a month and have noticed significant results. When I purchased the pro even the consultant advised I would need to use Sun protection shortly after applying as just using the pro even without sunscreen can actually harm your skin as opposed to helping it. It was around $30 for 40ml. I was hesitant based off the price for the pro even and sun protection but after witnessing huge results I will continue to buy these products. I would definitely recommend. -

I purchased this product basically as a last resort hoping that something would finally help my skin. Although I haven't had technically acne, ever since I can remember my skin has always been very oily. This caused my skin to constantly have zits on my face, mainly near my chin and lower right and left hand side of my face. It has always been frustrating and rather than waiting it out I always found myself popping the zits.. Which I know is a huge no no. This ultimately caused small scars and dark spots throughout my face. I have tried other products but didn't see any real change over a period of time. I went into Shoppers Drug Mart and talked to a beauty boutique consultant and she recommend this product. She said it was by far the best product they had for that issue. I also purchased vichy spf 50 with it as sunscreen is required. Using this product without applying sunscreen will actually cause more harm than good. I have been using this product for over a month now and I have noticed significant results. I use it twice a day, once in the morning and at night. I have noticed that my skin hasn't been oily like it was before. I have also had significantly less blemishes. I had them so often that it was just a norm to me which eventually I grew tired of. You start to notice results within a couple of weeks and even more results over a month. This product is expensive it cost $50 for 30ml of product. I was very hesitant when I first purchased it because of the price. I was worried I would spend that much and not see any results. I will continue to buy this product regardless of price because there is no price you can put on for clear healthy skin. I would highly recommend this product to try. -
