Followed the label instructions for 30 days. Easy to swallow, no stomach issues, and super simple ingredients. Although I'm not prone to UTI's, I do believe this helped keep my system I balance, at all times of the month. Less cramping and digestive issues as a nice bonus! Definitely a healthy urinary tract this month. Have already purchased another bottle to have on hand. Easy to find in store! -
Chapman's Super Premium Plus Cookie Jar
This is a very full flavour ice cream. Super creamy, lots of little bites of cookies/brownies. Not to sweet, but very chocolate-y. Nice range of flavour varieties to choose from. My store didn't have the Cookie Jar flavour, so I selected Brownie.

Tetley Super Herbal Tea IMMUNE+ - Peppermint & Ginger with Zinc & Vitamin D
More of a mint tea than anything, but settles to a nice herbal. Added some ginger honey, and will easily finish the container. Already have plans for another purchase. Recommend!!

Soft, tangle free, even colour. Used once a week, left for a few minutes each time. If I have to have a negative, the fragrance is quite strong. Buy again? Recommend? Absolutely!! -
