What it is: spray-on hair style for heat based curling
Where to get it: I got mine from eBay seller Alpha Beauty Store.
How much: $8.45
What I like about it: easy to apply, doesn't leave smell. Leaves long lasting curls.
What could be improved: from my experience, it didn't leave curls as curly as they were when I had first use the curling iron on them. Rather, instead of the original curls I made, they transformed into loose waves.
Overall: I like this product, but I don't love it. I love the loose waves that it made, but if I want curly hair, that means CURLY not WAVED. So I probably will not be repurchasing.

What I like about it: this product really, truly delivers! I got serious volume and I didn't even have to curl my lashes! The product curled them for me! Aaaaaand the curl lasted ALL day! Another plus about this product is that it also added length to my lashes.
What could be improved: nothing! This product is amazing, I'm truly impressed.
Overall: I am a fan of this product and I will most definitely be repurchasing!

Where to get it: drugstores and anywhere else Sally Hansen products are
sold.
How much: $7.99 (USD) at CVS but when I got mine, they were having a 50%
off sale on it so I only paid $3.99
What I like about it: Its a cool concept, what with the spray and all.
What could be improved: I didn't really notice any difference from what
I normally look with just my foundation on.
Overall: I'm definitely glad I didn't pay full price for this and I will
not be repurchasing.

What it is: its the 1st step of a 3-step anti-acne treatment/regimen.
Where to get it: the entire 3 step system is sold online, and I've
personally never seen this sold in stores. I also don't know if they're
sold separately. I got mine from a friend who did want it.
How much: again, I got this from a friend so I don't know how much it
is.
What I like about it: it leaves my skin feeling super clean! It also
helps make it smooth and really, really soft.
What could be improved: nothing within the product itself. I guess I'd
suggest that the company make it available to sell the products
separately.
Overall: I love this product! If I could, I'd totally buy it again, but
only this not the system.

What it is: loose powder eyeliner
Where to get it: anywhere the L'Oréal H.I.P. line is sold. Most
drugstores will carry this.
How much: $11.99 at CVS, but I went during one of their "Buy One Get One
Free" days so it was kinda like I got it 50% off.
What I like about it: I'll be honest, at first I hated this. But it
turns out I was just using it wrong. So after watching some you tube
videos on how to apply it, I started playing around with the product
more. Now I absolutely love this eyeliner! It tightlines & waterlines
beautifully and stays put! It also helps create really sexy smokey
eyes.
What could be improved: nothing really... the price maybe? I think its
too much for a drugstore line and for such a little tube.
Overall: I will definitely be repurchasing!

What it is: It's the liquid version of their Dream Matte Mousse line.
Claims the same things; airbrushed finish, light weight, medium
coverage, stay matte.
Where to get it: any store that carries Maybelline should have this
product available.
How much: $7-$9 is the range that it's normally sold in. If you pay for
$10 dollars for this product, you're paying too much.
What I like about it: I love the coverage it gives me. Definitely medium
but buildable, and it doesn't cake on. It doesn't feel or look heavy AND
it stays put.
What could be improved: it doesn't really stay matte too long. Maybe
just a couple or so hours, then I have to blot or powder up again.
Overall: I do love this product, but I'm not entirely sure I'd be buying
it again. I think that maybe I'll find something better, but for now,
I'll definitely enjoy it while it lasts. I just really need something
that truly delivers in terms of oil control because I get shiney very
easily.

What it is: volumizing mascara, claims to build 9x the volume or natural lashes.
Where to get it: drugstores, target, walmart, everywhere Maybelline cosmetics are sold.
How much: $7-$9
What I like about it: this product never clumped and held on to my curl pretty well. It never made my lashes look stiff and it added a touch of length. it also did a pretty good job at volumizing my lashes.
What could be improved: althought it's hard to measure exactly what 9x the volume of my lashes is, I can pretty much tell that it didn't go near that amount. Definitely more than 2x the volume, 3x or 4x maybe... but not quite 9x.
Overall: I would recommend this over the other Volum' Express mascaras from Maybelline. If you're a fan of that line, then you definitely wanna check this out. However, I wouldn't necessarily be repurchasing this product, as my expectations weren't completely met.

What it is: foundation in a stick.
Where to get it: MAC stores, counters, and online
How much: $29 for 9g or .31 US oz.
What I like about it: this product is incredibly portable! But of course, that's what foundie stix are for. I really like the coverage this product gives me. Medium but buildable so it comes in very handy when a pimple decides it wants to rear its ugly head in the middle of the day. Its also incredibly creamy and incredibly thin in consistency, so you won't have to worry about flaking or caking on too much. Just remember to blend or it will look streaky.
What could be improved: the price. I just can't understand why this little, little tube is damn near $30! Its 1 1/2 times bigger than a lipstick, which is hardly big at all. I mean, the full size liquid and powder foundies are approx. $25-$26 each... so paying MORE for a little stick seems a bit ridciulous to me.
Overall: the convenience and coverage factors would probably help to lure me into buying this product again. However, considering the price tag for the amount of product I would actually get, I may have to think twice... or 3 times. It's really hard to say... I love the product, but the price is really just a strain on my budget. I guess in the end, I'd go for the liquid foundie, which will last longer, instead.

What it is: volumizing plus lengthening mascara.
Where to get it: Clinique online, counters and at Sephora
How much: $14 for the full tube but I got the sample size as part of a set.
What I like about it: it was pretty decent with the volume it gave me. Very natural looking. As far as length, it was okay. It added length, enough so you can SEE the difference, but it wasn't dramatic length.
What could be improved: I really hate it when things don't live up to their names. This one is named "high impact" which is far from what it really does.
Overall: I probably will NOT be purchasing a full tube. It's cool for now, the effects are very natural looking. This would be good for everyday type of use. Definitely not for special occassions.

What it is: lengthening mascara. Claims to be "the sexiest thing" your lashes will ever wear, or something like that.
Where to get it: drugstores and everywhere else Maybelline products are sold.
How much: $7-$8
What I like about it: this product was good at separating and keeping my lashes separate. Also, it didn't clump and didn't flake.
What could be improved: this definitely was not the sexiest thing my lashes could ever wear. It lengthened my lashes just a touch, but nothing impressive. I haven't tried it over curled lashes so I can't really say if it holds a curl well or not.
Overall: if you're nearest drugstore or retailer is having a buy one/get one free type of offer on maybelline cosmetics, then this product might be worth a try. But if you have to shell out almost 10 bucks for broken promises, then definitely just save your money, I'd suggest buying TWO of maybelline's 'Great Lash' mascaras instead.
