I really like this app as a companion to the Quick Mist with Smart track. It is well designed, and with the goal setting you can customize it even if you're not looking to quit entirely just cut down. With the push notifications to remind you to log your smoking it makes it easier for sure. I didn't have any performance issues with the app and I like the UX. -

I have been using this for a few weeks now, and it has significantly reduced my cigarette usage. I linked it with the app which is pretty good at holding you accountable with push notifications and it's interesting to see your smoking trends. The flavour is good, and it's very strong so it really curbs the cigarette cravings because the nicotine is so strong.
It is also a nice convenient size that fits in your pocket which is great.

It's got a very pleasant neutral scent that is very unisex. I have combination to oily skin and I don't notice any shine due to over moisturization since it absorbs quickly. I have only been using it for a few days but I do already notice a little difference in the area

It has these great little gritty bits of charcoal that really make you feel like you're getting clean and you get that nice squeaky clean feeling but not to the pint where it's drying out your skin! Always have this on hand !

Works great on the face too without over-drying! especially if you've got any stubble / facial hair. -
