I received this product free try. Coincidentally, I was starting to get a runny nose and sore throat when I received this, and it’s just what the doctor ordered! I gave it a try for a few days and I believe it lessened my cold. I usually drink lemon ginger tea when I’m feeling under the weather so this hit the spot and felt pretty good. I will replace my other brand with this one. -
