My sister told me about this product once we had our twins. They got diaper rashes like crazy because we found out the were allergic to milk ugh. We tried every diaper rash cream possible. Most worked but slowly. And when your child is in pain you want that stuff to work quick and effectively. This stuff works wonders! Rash goes away quickly because it puts a nice coat over the area keeping urine and fecal matter away from the affected area. I love this stuff and bonus it has a nice tin to keep afterwards.    -
