I wish I had the positive experiences that other people have had with this product. It does feel great on my lips, and the minty/tingly sensation is really nice. However... after using it for three days, I found that it had given me what appears to be a huge zit ON my lip! It's not a cold sore... not a bump... it's half on the skin of my lips and half just below them. It's painful, but luckily it's not noticeable... I just can't use this stuff. -

I like this serum a lot! It's super lightweight and it absorbed quickly, without leaving any sticky or greasy residue behind. I don't have any lines on my face, so I can't speak for that, but I did notice that my complexion was more luminous and I didn't have any breakouts, which sometimes happens when I try a new product. I used it both in the morning and at night, but I liked using it in the morning better because it has a really nice citrus smell which helped to wake me up. My skin is very soft thanks to this serum. -

This product didn't work for me. I really wanted to like it because I love Burt's Bees, but it was not effective at all. I don't break out much - once a month at most - and this solution did nothing to alleviate it. It smelled very strong and was difficult to apply. The instructions tell you to use a cotton swab, but I found it easier to use my little finger because it is impossible to know whether or not you have saturated the swab unless you touch it. -

I love this line by Shiseido but I can't use this product because it is too drying for my skin. It really does work - my skin is definitely whiter after use - but it doesn't work well as a moisturizer. It contains a white powder which is probably great for normal/oily skin. The moisture cream in this line is much better for people with dry skin. -

This is my favorite moisturizer! I use it in conjunction with the cleanser from this line and my skin has never been brighter or clearer. A couple of spots that were becoming reddish because of the changing seasons have returned to normal and I firmly believe it's because of this moisturizer. I also haven't experienced any problems with sensitivity or breakouts. It's very thick and luxurious to apply, and it locks in moisture all day! My face is super dry, so this is a major benefit for me, but I don't think I'd recommend this product to someone with oily skin as anything other than a night cream. -

This is my favorite cleanser! It foams with just a pea-sized amount and it really leaves my face feeling clean and looking bright. It is drying if not immediately followed with moisturizer - if you have dry skin (as I do), I recommend the Brightening Moisturizing Cream instead of the Brightening Protective Moisturizer, since the moisturizer has powder in it. -
