As the owner/operator of Introvert Green Gifts in Fredericton Junction, NB, I have carried TSC products in my shop for the past 6 months. I must say I am surprised to see this unfavorable and rather uninformed review of TSC's Vanilla Lip Shimmer balm - normally it glides on like a dream, leaving a translucent color/shimmer on the lips. My customers love it. I hope that the offer to re-try the balm is taken and then reviewed again. As with all all-natural products, there is a time frame that they must be used within, as natural products break down more quickly. Turner Soap Company is the only company I currently know of that is 100% all-natural and is also registered with Health Canada, which has very strict guidelines that must be adhered to. I have yet to receive a complaint about ANY of the many TSC products I carry, and the product prices are actually in the lower range for products that claim to be all-natural. I personally know that this company was borne of an honest passion to promote health and wellness for both the body and the environment, and I heartily recommend Turner Soap Company products.    -
