My first recipe with this frypan is honey and maple glazed salmon! We love it! The frypan heats up quickly, distributes the heat evenly and it doesn't splash much which is amazing and clean. It gave it a good sear to the salmon (see the picture). It works very well with my induction stove. It will be part of our every day cooking for sure.
