I did notice a slight difference in my hair and nails though. I'd have to continue using these to really monitor a difference but I am sure they work fine if you prolong it's use. -

These are great. I do like that they have the unsweetened version and fibre in there too! usually very sweet but a noticeable difference with the unsweetened ones. My kid loves it! I like that they have different flavours too!

I have been buying this mascara for a few months now, I don't have long eyelashes. This being said, Having a mascara that really brings out the lashes i do have is very important for me.
I sometimes have to use it with another mascara to bring even more oomph to my eyelashes but this one does the job pretty well.

This product spiked interest when i first saw it as an opportunity to try it with Chickadvisor. Although I didn't get chosen to try it, I ended up going to buy it myself. At first, I was skeptical, but then I loved it. Ive been using it ever since in between my nail appointments. It's helping this busy mama keep healthy nails that are less prompted to break easily with running around a 1 year old. I definitely recommend it! -
