I love that this product contains only plants and veggies. Its 100% natural so I feel it's safe for my body. The only downside is he size of the pills : they are big, but I eventually got used to it.
The first 2 weeks are the toughest I found because your body is getting rid of years or months of accumulation through bowel elimination. So yes you will go to the bathroom often. On the second half of the cleanse I find the real deep cleansing process begins. At that point you are eliminating much less but you can tell you are getting rid of trash thats been there for a while. I felt clean, and more confortable in my stomach and lower back area.
If you are new to cleanses I suggest you start with a milder one of the same brand like the First cleanse.
Will do this cleanse 1 or 2 a year.

I love this product. It removes my makeup completely without drying my face or leaving a greasy film on my skin. My skin feels fresh, its my every day go-to makeup remover. I love it because I find my skin routine is already pretty complicated so I really appreciate that this product does not require rinsing. Please understand me, I do not consider this as soap, I do cleanse my face with actual face wash every 2 days but I use the Bioderma sensibio every night in my night routine. -
Quo Makeup Brushes
Worst brushes ever. Sure they are inexpensive but the brittles are shredding like crazy. I suggest picking another brand like Sigma which have great brushes for around 20$.

It is way to abrasive, this product is very harsh for the skin and didn't do anything to help with my breakouts. It actually was making it worst since my skin was reacting by making more sebum to 'protect' from the product's effects. -

I like this powder foundation. The matte finish is just perfectly soft and even. I use this powder with a flat round brush and it does a good job. I can even where this as a fixing powder on top of my liquid foundation and it doesn't look caky.

This is a no-go. It is just plain caky. My skin isn't that dry but this product makes it look soo dry. Super expensive, truly not worth the investment.

I have the tapered version of this brush and I love it. The handle and the bristles are of very good quality. soft and dense. The white tip of the bristles allows to see when it is time to wash the brush.

Best concealer EVER !! I love this product. period. it covers so well, I wear it with powder and liquid foundation and it just blends in perfectly. I often even wear it alone without foundation and you really can't tell I'm wearing anything. The color is perfect. The only down side is you have to figure out which brush to use for application. I prefer the Sigma Tapered Kabuki it really blends perfectly. -

Great !! so I was washing my hair every other day and the second day I always had to tie my hair up. This product works great ! the smell is nice and the product really absorbs sebum instantly. Plus I'd say it works though out the day, my hair does not become greasy in the afternoon. This product, in combination with flat ironing = success. -
