So great! As a vegetarian I will always add these to my smoothies and salads. iIts a great addition to anything. i've tried baking with them too. It s a great way to get protein. Although sometimes they can be seedy and not satisfying.

Great dish soap for the price they give you. It smells great but it doesn't leave a smell on your dishes. It doesn't smell too strong. I buy the large containers of this and then re-stock up the soap when I run out.
