For days when my eczema prone skin feels really dry, I use this in the shower. Be careful though, the bathtub/floor can be slippery (duh!) and hard to clean. But, it does help my skin feel much softer. Another must have for me.

Days when my skin absolutely flares up, when it gets so stubborn that most creams are useless. This actually calms my skin. It's best used after a bath, when the skin is relatively moist (not too wet). A little (a lot actually) on the pricey end, so I do tend to be a bit stingy with the application. I also try to use other products when my skin's doing fine so I can save these for "bad days". All in all, I like having this around this house, but for $19.90 for a 500ml lotion, that's a tad expensive. -
