First of all their product sucks completely tasteless. I deleted all items out of my subscription as its impossible to actualiy cancel online [SHADEEE] and then after 2 months of being canceled they decided to restart charges without my consent...   +

First of all their product sucks completely tasteless. I deleted all items out of my subscription as its impossible to actualiy cancel online [SHADEEE] and then after 2 months of being canceled they decided to restart charges without my consent. After they charged me, and almost a week before the scheduled shipment, which gave them plenty of time to do the right thing and cancel and not send anything, they responded with "we will cancel with a 20% fee" despite them doing NOTHING FOR THE ORDER YET. Let that sink in. A small business is trying to charge me to cancel a subscription which i already canceled 2 months ago. STAY FAR AWAY    -
