I'm a huge fan of Marc Jacobs Beauty, and particularly the lip gloss collections. BOOM is from the Enamored collection... it's a beautiful wine colour that can easily be layered over lip liner for a full, rich shiny deep red or if you're bold, over top of lipstick for the double darkness effect. It's not sticky, goes on smoothly and is rather hydrating. -

That said, the packing is lovely and the palette came with two different applicators, plus instructions for creating assorted looks. -

Wasn't aware that Bourjois was Chanel's little sister, same quality of cosmetics for a more reasonable price (although size is also smaller for an equivalent product). Shade 15 Rose Eclat/Radiant Rose is beautiful on my fair skin year round. It comes with a handy brush that tucks neatly inside the compact, always a plus. It's preservative free, again a big selling feature. I will absolutely be trying more from this fantastic line of cosmetics! -

You'd think that I'd find one out of the three scents that came in Gucci Bloom Rollerball set likeable. Nope. Unfortunately, this was a gift from a family member so I wasn't able to smell any of the products beforehand. I made a random pick of the three, applied sparingly. Whoa, sneeze attack! Wiped off with makeup remover and tried again. Another not so good for me scent. Rather than waste a wonderful gift, I returned it to the store and purchased something more suitable to my body chemistry. Wouldn't recommend if you're a light citrus/floral fan like me. -

Soap & Glory is one of my ATF product lines, which can be hit or miss to find in Canada. I usually stockpile when I'm overseas, because it's THAT good... This was my first time trying the Fab Pore Daily Micro Soothing Lotion and it didn't disappoint. Great smell, luxurious texture and very hydrating. I'd buy again in a heartbeat if/when I can find it. -
