The tea is a bit on pricier than the norm at David's Tea but with the ingredients in it, it makes sense.
Speaking of ingredients, it brings me to my one draw back. Since the tea is Blue Raspberry flavoured, there's many artificial flavours added to it. It's also very sweet leading me to believe there's a lot of added sugar. If you're trying to watch your sugar intake, I'd stay clear.

Snow fairy has always been one of my favorite scents. It's very sweet and I find it very relaxing. As soon as I found out it was coming out as a boyd spray I had to try it.
In the morning, before leaving for work, I'd spritz some on and 9 hours later when I get home, I can still smell it faintly. I work in a kitchen and am constantly hot and sweaty so I'm thoroughly impressed with how well with works.

Kit Kat has gotten fancier and fancier in the past few years. Senses is the fanciest yet. Overtop the usual wafer chocolate layers there's a thick layer of praline with little bits of hazelnut throughout the bar. It tastes great. It follows the usual kit kat formula but makes it fancier.
I do have a problem with the packaging. Each wafer, which is the size of my pinkie, is individually wrapped. I can see how this would be good for sharing but the environmentally conscious part of me is nagging not to buy this again since I know for a fact I'd never just eat one single wafer.

Because of my job I don't get to wear nail polish very often. However with this peel off base coat it's become a lot easier. The base coat has been marketed to last one to two days but results may vary. So on my weekends I'm now able to wear nail polish without having to spend time using a liquid remover.
The moment that they dry it becomes easy to peel off the polish. I just used my own nails to chip at the back of each nail bed and the entire polish layer just popped right off.
This was actually useful even while I was still painting my nails. I made a mistake on one of the nails and needed to redo it. Usually that requires me to start completely over on all the nails as polish remover and cotton balls will find their way onto the rest of my hands. I waited until the layer of polish was dry and just popped it off without ruining my manicure. I was able to start again right after that.
Trying to test the longevity of the base coat I applied some polish last night and waited to see. They lasted through the night and most of my morning but as I went into the world to run a few errands I began to notice one missing throughout the day. By the time I got home, I had one left on my left hand and three on my right.
I would personally say that this is most likely best to be used for one day and then just start fresh the next.

Maplestory2 is the sequel to the Nexon game Maplestory which came out back in 2003. I will admit that the nostalgia factor plays heavily into my lust for the game. While it is its own thing there are elements of the first game incorporated in such as the music and cities.
The big difference between the two is the art style. Maplestory2 is a 3d blocky game like other popular games that have been in style. At first I was a bit iffy on it but I've been playing the game for a week and am still enjoying it.
Leveling up is quick. You can gain levels by completing quests, killing monsters, or learning a life skill. The main quest in particular gives you a lot of experience so you are able to play through the entire story line without having to stop and grind for levels. The life skills are also pretty good for this. If you have an "auto-(performing,fishing,harvesting,etc)" You can set you character up to work on their skill in a safe place and do other things for a short period of time while they work.
Combat is both easy and challenging. I never find fighting monsters to be frustrating but it can take some time depending on their level versus your own. The actual controls are simple with the keybinds displayed clearly at the bottom on the screen. The only problem I have in this category is aim. The character I play is an Archer so aim is very important. The world is built on a diagonal so you're constantly fiddling around to get your character to face the correct direction in a fight. This becomes problematic in boss fights where the boss moves around their area constantly. Outside of battle the movement controls aren't awful but it does take a bit of getting use to.
The other big problem right now is the lag. Maplestory2 didn't seem to expect the influx of people to play within the first week and during certain times of the day it can become unplayable, especially when your internet isn't the most amazing.
The game is free to play and doesn't take too much time to download or too much space. There are paid elements to the game but as far as I can tell they are all cosmetic and not needed to enjoy the game to the fullest.
One of my favorite additions to the game is the permorning. You are gifted a piano early into the game that you can play basically anywhere. There are other instruments you can buy or win from events. The best part is the blank sheet music. It took me a bit of searching to find how to create songs/copy songs that others have premade but I'm satisfied.
Overall I've been enjoying myself and getting immersed in the story. I plan to continue playing. There's still much more content for me to explore.

I recently discovered that temperature changing polish not only exists but that it's something you can buy easily. This is not a gel polish and can be applied just like a regular polish. The polish I'm wearing in the photos is called Muse, which goes from a lilac when warm to a dark purple when it's cold. In most environments, the polish will be a mixture of both.
The first time I tried it my nails were mainly dark purple with only little twinges of lilac. Today, as I take the photos, my nails are completely lilac and it's actually harder to get the dark purple to stick around after cooling them off under water or in the fridge.
Both shades are beautiful and whether it's full one colour, or a mixture of both it never looks bad. The polish is also glittery without it being clumpy and hard. It's easy to apply and I find that it dries quickly.
This particular brand is only available online but shipping isn't bad. The only problem I can forsee is that it cannot be delivered through Canada Post and has to come by Fedex ground. Besides that I have nothing bad to say about this. The price is fair, the polish is great, and the shipping came pretty dang fast. I will be purchasing this again.

I will not lie; I bought this toothbrush because it was black and pink and I liked the aesthetic. It wasn't even until I got home that I truly realized what it was advertising.
The brush bristles are thinner than your average toothbrush meant for a deeper clean. There is no false advertising here. This toothbrush really gets into every nook and cranny between your teeth. There was a little bit of bleeding but I do believe that it's because this brush gives the same effect flossing would and I'm just awful at flossing.
Besides the obvious getting in between your teeth, the bristles are extremely soft and don't have that new unused toothbrush feeling you can get. I usually dislike changing up my toothbrush since I hate the feeling of having to break a new one in but this works wonders.
The one let down I had was the price. The toothbrush was $4. It was so much steeper in price compared to the other solo brushes from the same brand. Perhaps I'm just cheap but it honestly put me on the fence about buying it in the first place. The aesthetic may have been what won me over to get it home, but I have to say I'll probably continue buying these in the future.
