Oikos Greek yogurt blueberry
i love this yogurt brand, these are great to eat on their own r added into a smoothy. any flavour as well, but the blueberry is my all time go to. not to think for greek a perfect blend.

so i used to use just the regular stuff, and my legs would go very restless, so i talked to the pharmacist one day and she recommended the 12 hrs because its slow release, and boy after starting to use that my legs are fine when i take it and... +

Canada Dry Ginger Ale
this has to be my all time favorite pop to drink, any day of the week but especially when im not feeling good, jut pour some into a glass and let it go a little flat and drink it down. soothes the upset belly for sure.
