I will grab 3 different flavors toss in my blender with Beachbody hydrate, scoop of collagen, loose fruit or berry tea, with water and/or juice. Occasionally will add plain nonfat yogurt if I want a little extra protein or if want it more smoothie texture I have the 24 cups a month so not drinking everyday currently but looking at upping my cups so I can. I get 2 about 36 oz cups out of using 3 of the Revive Cups. I am not an avocados nor zucchini but two of my must haves each month include those. I am a homebound disabled Veteran so going out to get fresh fruit & veggies everyday or even getting large frozen bags of fruits and veggies is difficult. The house delivery shoppers are hard enough to get to take my order because of the fruit juice and water I have in my orders I doubt I would have any want to pick me if I had 10 bags of frozen ingredients. I also know I could not figure out the blend ratio of goodness that make these cups create the best naturally sweet and tangy goodness that even the luckiest eater (me) loves them. -
