It isn't overly sweet but it's still rich and full of flavour. I LOVE the texture of it; it's very hard ice cream which I love. I highly recommend if you want a non-dairy ice cream. Even those not concerned with "non-dairy" products will love this product. -

It generally stays on for about 5 days, depending on your activities, which is 4 days longer than it's competition (that I have tried). They have fabulous colours to choose from as well. -
