Out of a box of 100, 12 pods broke while dispensing the coffee. The bottom blew out and sending the grains into the cup. First thing in the morning I enjoy a cup of coffee and when this happens, I loose it. I get so insulted and stress out. I also loose my cream I put in before I pour the coffee. I don't even want a replacement box. I am done with this product.    -
