circle thai is at yonge and st.clair and it is by far the best thai restaurant in the city. everything is fresh and always tasting amazing and hot from the kitchen. you can tell NOTHING is pre made and that its made after you order it. the decor is gorgeous and modern with a really warm feel to it. as well, the staff are incredible and even remember what i ordered the last time i had gone there (even tho it had been months later!) they are also very helpful and attentive to allergies (i have celiacs and so this is important to me) they will do their best to accomodate you. as well, the food is absolutely delicious and SO well presented. the type of people who go there are not loud or obnoxious but very quiet and well mannered and so its a great place for everything from a family dinner to a romantic meal. id really recommend this place! i even had my bday dinner party there last year! -

Robin barker is a really great salon to go to. i have been going there for over a year now and really recommend the place. i see Cindy and she does AMAZING cut and colour. the price is the same as most high end hair salons however the quality of robin barker is one of the best, and ive been MOST places (fiorio, civello, michael kluthe, toni and guy, donato, vidal sassoon). everytime i go there i brin ga picture of what i want and i get EXACTLY waht i ask for. no one fiddles around trying to be "creative" and ruining your hair. they give you the cut, colour, style, etc. that u ask for! -

I used to go to Fiorio when I would do a lot of hair modelling for him (otherwise the price is insane). Fiorio himself is the most amazing man and he is a GREAT cutter. from his years of experience he definitly knows what colour and cut to do for your face, skin tone, eye colour, etc. his son is also really good and taking over the business soon. I went to stephen for colour, he did a great blonde, however, despite his years of being there as their main colourist i woudlnt call him the best. i would also NOT recommend going to see him. if you want a GREAT colourist go see Cindy at Robin Barker up the street on yorkville ave. she knows what she's doing. stephen just does it, no analysing of what kind of hair u have (porous or not ,etc.). regardless, fiorio is still a great place and maurice is fantastic! -
