Price: $20
Ingredients:
• Captelae (shea plant extract) - deep pore cleansing, moisturizes
• Thermal spring water - soothes skin, Vitamin B-5 for moisture
Claims:
•Toner + cleanser + makeup remover
• Doesn't disturb skin's natural balance
• For sensitive skin/ daily use
Verdict:
• Smell - not too strong, very neutral and tolerable; doesn't have a particular "pleasant" smell but I don't think that's the main concern
• Dispenser - Slightly impractical; the cleanser is watery so have to flip it upside down before squeezing it out of the tube so it doesn't leak
• Texture - nice "thermal" touch to it; glides nicely on the skin
• Cleanse - gentle on the skin without stripping its natural oils but not tough enough to remove makeup. It'd be ideal for the second step of a 2-step cleanse

Cherry Garcia has been my go-to flavour for Ben n Jerry's because they make their own ingredients and don't skimp out on the toppings (There are full pieces of delicious candied cherries and chocolate pieces. My lactose sensitivity has not allowed me to enjoy the original version but I am so surprised as to how good the non-dairy version tastes. It's lighter and fluffier and it definitely is lactose-sensitive friendly. I'm in awe as to how the quality isn't compensated for the non-dairy version. Kudos to you B & J! -

- Favourite part: it was truly scentless. I can use it at night without feeling like my nose is clogged up with a strong scent
- Didn't irritate my skin at all. Calmed down the redness
- My skin doesn't feel as coated with moisture the next morning so it's not long-lasting for the winter weather, it's better during the spring onwards
- Pretty small amount (40mL) for ~$30 is a little pricey even though a little goes a long way
- I would imagine using this before applying makeup during the daytime since it's a lightweight product that absorbs really quickly and feels high quality in moisture
Definitely will use the rest of the tube up, and will recommend to my peers/family who have eczema/sensitive skin/want a summer time moisturizer

It still has the thick consistency that yogurt has and is jam pack full of flavour I got the strawberry flavour and love that there's 10 g of protein. However I rather eat the yogurt for the value and price of how much product I'm getting

I've been absolutely in love with the vanilla flavour. I've tried chocolate and strawberry as well, but I found that vanilla is the most versatile. I mix it in with my match powder and milk, and it's the most delicious breakfast. It tastes like milkshake. It has a lot of protein in it for a cup, so it could also pass as protein powder, but I guess it's not marketed that way.
I would buy another box and I can see myself using this longterm.

50 ampoules for ~$16
The first thing I noticed about the Super Energex capsules was the packaging. It's in a distinctive orange plastic vial that seems sturdy enough to just toss into bags. However it didn't taste as orange as the package. It tasted more like an undesirable tea. Since the taste wasn't too pleasant, I suggest adding into a better tasting juice so that it'll be easier to swallow. I noticed that I didn't yawn as much throughout the day and picked up my energy level just a tad for about 6 hours without the crash. It's a good price considering it's effectiveness, but I can't imagine taking this in the long term and waking up to drink something that doesn't taste too good in the morning

Price: $8.99 for a box of 5 bars
Cheaper than grabbing something from starbucks!
Flavour: Decadent Fudge
24 Vitamins/Minerals
2g fibres
15 g proteins
I tried 5 of the Adrien Gagnon Decadent Fudge bars which are intended for faster metabolism and meal replacements. The bars are super delicious; they have a very chewy monotonous layer hat's similar to a typical glunte-free bar from GNC. The flavour is a semi-sweet chocolate that isn't too overpowering and will not cause stickiness in the throat. They're great for on the go since the shelf-life is more than two years. I could definitely imagine myself eating this in place of those unbearingly sweet Quaker breakfast granola bars that claim the same thing simply because of the taste in the morning. The only thing is that it's not ideal for lactose-intolerant individuals since dairy isn't ideal for weight loss, but it does suppress cravings for the heavier calorie products. It fills you up as a meal replacement and provides enough energy for at least 3 hours but expect to do this only for emergencies or it'll feel like you're just eating dessert for lunch most of the time.
Definitely ecommend
