After being delayed a few days, my delivery was finally cancelled with no reason (but a 24 cup box was charged of course). Very difficult to reach the customer service! When they finally answered my emails, it was to offer me a later date delivery...   +

After being delayed a few days, my delivery was finally cancelled with no reason (but a 24 cup box was charged of course). Very difficult to reach the customer service! When they finally answered my emails, it was to offer me a later date delivery , basically 2 WEEKS LATER and a 10$ discount for the inconvenient (are you kidding me???)!!!! Which I refused because first I wanted my smoothies at the scheduled date (they are part of a routine diet) and second I would have been abroad at the alternative date they offered. Plus, the next box was arriving 2 weeks later which means i would have ended up with 50+ cups in my freezer!!!
So i asked for a refund which they refused . I m sorry but I m entitled to a refund for a product I didn t receive!!! The guy Angel Lubo was so arrogant and with 0 customer service skills ! As a result , I disputed the charge with my credit card ( the same Angel Lubo didn t care less and told me to do so) and I canceled my membership. This company is a scam! Stay away!!!    -
