Andalou is an all natural product and I'm in love with this brand.

This product, Apricot Probiotic cleansing Milk is my facial cleanser during winter time. It is made for Dry & sensitive skin. It is very mild and cleanse your face really well. I have applied it on my wet face and also on dry and massage my face with it and rinse my face after a couple minutes. It's not harsh and doesn't sting when used on severely dry skin.
The only thing about the Andalou products I have purchased is the pump. when you are down to last half inch from the bottom of the bottle, The pump just stops working. For the cleansers it's no problem transferring them to another clean container but for the eye make up remover I am using, I find that I wasted probably another 3-5 uses because I ended up getting frustrated with the bottle and pump. I guess I could have cut the bottle. lol

I am just about to finish my first bottle of this amazing product. The hair dresser that used to go to did a number on my hair. I love my hair and I will not do anything to damage it. My hair ended up being so dry.
I have used lots of oil and serums and I am in love with this Dove Regenerative serum.
You don't need much for it work and nourish your hair. And when using serum, don't put anything on your scalp. Just apply it from the middle all the way to the tips. When using it on dry hair, a pump of it is usually enough for a medium length hair. Always rub it first in your palm and apply it like using your fingers as a comb. By doing this, you will prevent your hair from being so greasy.

For $5, you can't go wrong with these sleeping masks. It will last you approximately 5-8 uses depending on how much you need. This Rose sleeping mask is supposed to ultra-hydrate and plump your skin.
I had dermaplaning and chemical peel done a week ago and I had a bit of reaction to Glycolic acid and it made my skin really dry and dull.
In over one week, I have never put on so much moisturizer on my face because of the peeling and reaction from the chemical peel. I wandered off to Sephora and they have a variety of mask to choose from. I have yet to try other sleeping masks. I got myself this Rose sleeping mask.
After one application, I can see my dry spots starting to diminish. 2nd night, I was feeling positive that this will really help. In the morning, I felt my face was really smooth and had looked closely, My dry spot is almost completely gone.
I will continue to use for sure and try other sleeping masks from Sephora. Night time is the best time for our skin to recuperate. This and together with a good skin care regimen, will be an absolute winner.

It is still good though for baking or sprinkle on oatmeal, ice cream, cereal, yogurt. I guess I'm just missing the taste of the fat from the regular peanut butter. It is quite pricey and it was not available in Canada or where I live anyway for a long time and I had to order it from the US. It's good on smoothies or protein shakes though. -

It is made from freshly sprouted organically grown grains. The whole Ezekiel 4:9 breads are rich in protein, vitamins, minerals and natural fiber with no added fat.
I love the nutty flavor this bread has and the sweet aroma the raisin and cinnamon gives. I usually toast it and top it with butter. It is a good snack or breakfast and very filling.
You can find this at the health food section freezer. It's on the pricey side but it tastes really good.

You can eat it by itself, top it with jam, cheese, put on soup, the possibilities are endless. I like that there 4 packs so that the crackers stays fresh and crisp.
My favorite topping is cream cheese and jam.
