I love this hand and cuticle salve. I have both kinds and they're both citrusy. It can withstand a few handwashing. Probably 3 and you have to reapply again. I work in the kitchen so hand washing is a must. It worked great for my dry cracking hands... +

I was scared at first to put ice cubes in it. It crushed the ice perfectly and any smoothie I make comes out nice and smooth. It'd definitely worth it. The size is just perfect too for travelling. Then u can just bring the cup with you wherever you go too. -

Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
My friend got me into these hemp hearts. This brand is really good. I have bought some form the Bulk Barn before and this is way better. I love it on yogurt and oatmeal as well. The packaging is great as it's in a resealable bag.
