I started my keto journey in March of 2017. Just around that time this book was released and I read this book from cover to cover, made a few recipes and have shared to others how amazing this boon is. The author Leanne Vogel is truly passionate about ketogenic way of living and most especially focused on helping women achieve their health goals. Her approach is very straight forward and very compassionate.
The book is very thick. 120+ recipes. Easy to make and tastes great. There are meal plans tailored to your health goals/ needs and she has a huge online support group as well beyond the book. She has a great podcast as well.
The book has tons of information. Great for someone who wants to start the ketogenic diet. It is very well written, laid out and very easy to understand

I love the scent of this body wash. It lathers up pretty nicely and the scent lasts long. it keeps my skin soft as well. I think this is my favorite scent. Although, it really is sweet smelling and maybe appropriate or perfect for colder days.

I also wanted to say how impressed I am to the founder of this company. You can watch her episode of presenting the products to the "dragons" in Dragon's Den. There are 2 flavours, Sweet and Seriously Sour. Sour is my favorite. It is chewy for a reason. After chewing a couple gummies, it soothes your sugar cravings.
Anyone can enjoy them. Even diabetics or anyone who is watching their sugar intake will enjoy these.

This shake was a little too plain for my liking. The nutritional value was great but just not the taste I was looking for. I like how it doesn't have that heavy protein shake flavor. I tried it with ice coffee and it turned out great. Maybe this should be used or taken with other ingredients.
I just didn't enjoy it by itself.

Premier Protein Chocolate Shake is the best tasting protein shake I have ever had. Id doesn't taste weird like other protein shakes. It was rather creamy and is like a healthy version of chocolate milk. I love having it for breakfast. It keeps me full for about 4-6hrs. which helps me eliminate the snacking and sugar cravings.

I have been sugar free for the past five months and I came across this product at the Bulk Barn. It is a bit pricey for a chocolate bar but it tastes so smooth and will make you think why did we ever need sugar in regular chocolate bars. It is sweetened with stevia and I was surprised that there is no bitter aftertaste at all like other stevia sweetened products have.
I love the taste and the variety of flavors they have. This is the smoothest dark chocolate I have ever had.

This mascara is somewhat great. It gave me the lift and volume that I was looking for in mascaras. I've been using this for a month now and my only complain about this mascara is seems to dry up too fast. Maybe I'm just running out of it now.. who knows. Lately though, I've been getting flaky fall outs. I love the brush as it separated my lashes really well. Maybe there's just something in the formula that dries up really fast.
I got my mascara from the mascara collection I got from Sephora last year.

I loved being a part of this campaign and I really am excited to try this product for free as part of the Product Review Club.
This conditioner is awesome. I am really glad I was able to try it for free. I have used this product by itself and also after using the Gliss Ultimate repair Shampoo. My hair was very coarse and damaged from the hair treatments I had in the past. It also has become very frizzy. I have naturally wavy hair so I don't really style my hair very much and usually just leave it to air dry.
I used it by itself because I have a rule of maximum 2x a week of shampooing my hair. If I really needed to wash my hair in between shampooing, I just use a conditioner to freshen it up. This product smells great and lasts all day long. It is not very heavy and the conditioner's consistency is not very thick so it spreads nicely all over your head. It doesn't leave a greasy feel but still made my hair quite shiny. My hair felt nice to touch and it also gives a little bit of volume. I find that my hair is less frizzy.
I surely recommend this product. ;)

I was pretty pumped to get on this campaign. Chickadvisor sent me the Gliss Ultimate Repair product line to try for free in exchange of an honest review.
The first time I tried this product, I thought it really smells great. Not too harsh, not too flowery and smells just right. The fresh scent lasts all day long. I have tried it just by itself and also followed by the Gliss Ultimate repair conditioner.
** By itself --- fresh and clean hair. Hair was easy to comb. My hair wasn't feeling so coarse like it used too. I felt like my hair was full and thick.
** With conditioner -- my hair felt so smooth and fresh all day.
I loved the scent and I think with continued use, my hair will be back to it's healthy state. I have stripped my hair so many times and damaged it quite a bit. A month before I got to this campaign, I have decided to cut my hair short because my hair was so coarse and damaged from bleaching and hair color.
I can tell that its starting to have some body and life again.
