Talk about lowering quality standards, I purchased a Mega Roll Package costing over $16. It was very thin and not at all soft. A major box store's brand is much softer and stronger and costs $3-4 dollars less. I contacted Georgia Specific and was informed they don't issues refunds or provide replacement cost coupons. In order to even get a $3-5 coupon, providing the bar/UPC code isn't enough, one must get an empty roll and tear the cardboard open to find the printed code. Last time buying any GS products.    -
