I’ve never been a real fan of texture sprays for my hair but the Joico hair shake is a game changer. This was a light weight spray that didn’t leave my hair feeling sticky or weighed down. It created an easy to work texture that remained soft and smelt great. My hair looked fuller and it added thickness that accentuated my normal hair texture. LOVE IT! #GOTITFREE -

I wanted this to be a great mascara but I didn’t find that it added length or volume. I found the applicator clumsy and the product transferred onto my skin more than my regular brand. I tried it three times before concluding that it really did nothing for me. I won’t be switching from my usual mascara.

This is the strangest lip product I’ve ever tried to use. The product is so wet in the bottle but soooo dry on your lips—and not because it dries matte, it feels like it draws the moisture out as the product dries on your face. It’s a nail polish applicator that is difficult to use to get a smooth consistent application given the consistency of the product. The only positive is that it smells nice. Save yourself some time and give this one a miss folks. #GOTITFREE -

I wanted to love this new dry shampoo but I just couldn’t. I’m blonde and it left a white film on my hair—couldn’t imagine if I had dark hair. I don’t wear hairspray so it could be part of the reason I disliked it so much. It left my hair sticky and tacky and I couldn’t wait to get home to wash it. Lastly, i didn’t feel it made my hair look “shampooed” like other dry shampoos do. -
