This was recommended by friends and colleagues and I'd read great reviews online. I was in line at Sephora one day and saw a small bottle in the checkout so I decided to give it a try - even the clerk at Sephora said it was the best. This did not work for me at all! If anything I think my hair was even oilier after application. My hair tends to get oily by end of day if I was in the morning so maybe this just isn't meant for fine/oily hair and is better suited to thicker haired girls! -
I've used a few higher end brands of mascara that have all been recommended but I found they were clumpy, smeared, etc. This one has been my go to for years and I don't forsee that changing! For less than $10 CAD (at Walmart anyway) it stays all day... +

I had been buying another brand of witch hazel toner but found this Rose Petal one at Winners and I had to try it. The smell is so nice without being overpowering and it's very refreshing after a long day.

I'd been using high end brands of concealer for a while and one of my colleagues suggested trying this brand. I was able to colour match easily and it's only ~$10 CAD. At one point I wasn't able to find this one, so I tried to go back to a higher end concealer but it was so awful, I ended up ordering two of this one online so I wouldn't run out anytime soon. -
I have tried a few foundations for my combination/acne prone skin and this is my favourite by far. You don't need much and it goes on smoothly with a good foundation brush. It somehow looks natural and airbrushed all at once!
