Simple Kind to Skin Nourishing 24HR Day/Night Cream

I prefer this as a night cream, but it works just as well in the day time. My skin absolutely LOVES this stuff! (I swear...I heard it whisper "thank you" the first time I tried it.) The scent is very, very subtle and pleasant. New products often make my skin break out (imagine that...a 41 year old woman who fights both acne and fine lines...lovely, right?!?!) but this Simple line has been very kind to my skin's inner teenager...I love that it's non-greasy. This is BY FAR my favourite product in the Simple skin care line, and I can't recommend it enough!! *Note* I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review -

OMG, these are amazing! Super soft, chewy texture, and a true chocolatey fudgy taste, these are my favourite brownies on the market. I seriously have to hide them from myself so I don't over indulge. (Trust me...eating a bag of these in one sitting makes for a very sore belly...and it's not hard to do!!)
They are not the healthiest for you...high in both calories and fat, but well worth it if you only eat 2 or 3.

Quaker Oatmeal Squares Maple & Brown Sugar

I'm a big fan of the flavour of this cereal, it's not overly sweet, but you can really taste the maple and brown sugar. It maintains well in milk...softens a little bit doesn't turn into a soggy mess in 30 seconds.
I feel like I'm eating a healthy meal (It's oatmeal...but crunchy! ) The calories can add up though...so this one may be one to take the suggested serving size pretty seriously. The bonus is, you don't need a whole lot to feel satisfied. I'm quite content with the recommended 3/4 of a cup.
The best thing about this cereal is that it passes the "is it going to scratch the hell out of the roof of my mouth" test. (I'm looking at you, Cap'n!!)

It did wave nicely, but was very hard and crunchy. I was afraid that if I toouched my hair, it would break right off.
I have fine, colour treated hair...so that may have played a factor in the results. Maybe someone who has a more defined natural wave and thicker hair would benefit more from this product than I did

I hate giving "Fugheddaboutit"s, but this was definitely not the product for me. I'm not usually scent sensitive, but this product had such a strong smell, that it was all I could smell all day, and I became very self conscious of it.
While my hair definitely held in place (and I'm convinced nothing short of a hurricane would have moved it) I just didn't like how hard and crunchy my hair was. I have very fine, colour treated hair, so I was worried that the crunchies would damage/break my hair. I also unfortunately noticed white flakes of dried hairspray showing up on my hair line.
I feel like this product would be more effective for someone who has coarser and thicker hair than I do. I think it would distribute through the hair better and have less of a crunch-factor.

This was my first foray into loose tea...and boy oh boy, was it worth the wait!
The tea is non-caffeinated and contains bits of: Apple , raisins, carrot, hibiscus blossoms, beetroot, yogurt bits,blueberries, and cornflower blossoms.
The last two items really give the tea a beautiful purple hue when steeped. (I steeped mine for about 5 minutes, the canister says optimal steeping time is 4-7 minutes)
You can really taste the blueberry, and it has a finish (I know that's a wine term...can it apply to tea??) of vanilla-y muffin-y goodness.
I do prefer to add a packet of Stevia, because I prefer my tea on the sweeter side.
It's a little on the expensive side (about $8.00 CAD for 50 grams, but well worth the price.

I received this product for free from the Chick Advisor Review Club in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
I've recently started replacing my breakfast with protein shakes/smoothies, and BOOST High Protein fits the bill...and my budget.
I drink the chocolate shakes, and they are quite delicious. I mean...I wouldn't mistake them for a McD's Chocolate shake or anything, but if served very (very) cold, they are quite tasty. (I mention serving very cold, because if served at room temp, they have a bit of a chalky taste to them.
The extra protein really helps to satisfy my hunger. A BOOST and some fruit keep me going until lunch.
My only other concern is the sugar content... 15g seems a little high, especially when it matches the 15g of protein they are advertising. I wish it were made with Stevia instead of cane sugar.
All that said, I would buy this product again, and would recommend to family and friends.

I received a deluxe sample size of this product in a subscription box a few months ago, but would not likely buy the full sized product.
My hair is colour treated and very fine, but there is lots of it. This product was basically a mousse...but lacked the hold I desired. It smells incredible and gave me awesome beachy waves at first, but after a couple hours, my hair fell, and was quite lank, and looked greasy.
To be fair, the humidity may have played a factor, as this summer was crazy hot...so I have saved the rest of the product and will try again this fall, or winter and update my review.

I received a sample of this conditioner (along wit the shampoo) for free in the mail.
I brought this on a camping vacation to use. I'm a fan! Maybe it was the lake water helping it along...but was my hair ever soft! I'm a fan of Dove products to begin with, and this conditioner kept in line with that opinion. Fantastic scent (as are all Dove products), no tangling (my hair was very easy to comb out...even while still just towel dried), soft, soft, soft hair (as mentioned), and no greasies after!
I would definitely recommend this product to family and friends...in fact, I have.

This one is difficult to review for me, as it worked fantastically for other members of my family, but not so much for me.
I love Dove products, and I love the convenience of a 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner. Unfortunately, my hair is very fine, colour treated (shhhh...don't tell anyone) and tends to run oily if I don't wash it every other day. Unfortunately, this product made my hair feel like straw and over-processed. I tried it for a week (3 shampoos) and it didn't get better.
As mentioned, other family members loved it, and continue to use it. So I believe it works better for those with "natural" (not chemically treated/coloured), thicker hair.
