I received this cream lipstick in an ipsy bag a few months ago, but have only recently tried it out. The colour is fantastic! I've tried it with a lip primer and without...trust me...you need to use the primer. Without, it gets into the natural cracks and crevices of your mouth and has a very uneven finish. With the primer, there's a better finish (have I mentioned how terrific the colour is?!?!) but it's still quite drying.
I will probably wear this again, with a gloss to keep from drying (which kinda defeats the purpose of a matte lipstick...but it's the only way I can wear it) but I highly doubt I will purchase it when this tube is finished.

Naproxin (in my opinion) is better than both ibuprofin and acetaminophin, 1 tablet keeps my headaches (sometimes migraines) at bay for a full 12 hours. I don't like taking pills at all, but these help sooooooo much. I'd much rather take 1 pill every 12 hours, rather than 2 pills every 4 hours. It's easier on my stomach. -

I'm not going to lie...the Ponds brand makes me think of a senior lady's medicine cabinet, but that could just be because the brand has been around forever. But...it's been around forever because it works! The cold cream is a favourite for removing makeup...but not always handy. That's where these towelettes come in! hey are perfect for a camping trip, or when you're in a hurry. Mildly scented (I love the smell), so for those with scent sensitivity, be careful. Still left traces of waterproof mascara, so I prefer my micellar water...but these work in a pinch. -

I've been trying to drink more green tea for its health benefits...but I just don't much like the taste of it...until now! That extra flavour with the lemon and ginseng make it so much more palatable. I make 2 cups in the morning...one goes in my travel mug to say hot, the other gets ice added to it, with a half packet of Stevia. That gives me an iced tea to sip on in the mornings. -

You would think a cotton swab is a cotton swab is a cotton swab, right? Wrong. I learned that lesson when I bought a generic brand at the Dollar Store. They were inferior to the Q-Tip brand in every way.
Q-Tip's cotton tipped ends are fluffier, and the stick doesn't pop through. I like that the stick is solid...not hollow, so there is less of a chance of it bending in half.
Q-Tips are the perfect clean up tool when your mascara goes rogue and ends up everywhere but your eyelashes. I also use it for a nearly empty lipstick tube and concealer that's almost empty.
Q-Tips are great for spot treating acne as well, so your entire skin doesn't dry out. They may seriously be the perfect tool.

I'm usually a fan of the Taste of Nature brand of granola bars, so I was pretty excited when the Chocolate Brownie version came on the market. I like that they are organic and non-GMO. I like that each bar is only 140 calories and has 2 grams of fiber and protein. Unfortunately...that's about all I like.
They are quite bland (you'd think that with Cane sugar as the second ingredient listed, they'd be sweet. You'd be wrong.) There is really no chocolate flavour AT ALL, although you kinda can taste the pecans... but I'd prefer if there were chunks of nuts in the bar, not just the essence of nuts.
I'll just stick with the other varieties of Taste of Nature granola bars.

So here I am at work, craving something salty, but trying to make more healthy choices. I decided to check the vending machine, hoping for a miracle. I think I kinda found one.
I am a huuuuuge fan of regular crunchy Cheetos, nothing makes me happier than when my fingers are covered in that magical orange dust, but the fat content alone is scary! Imagine my surprise when I found a bag of these oven baked goodies in our vending machine! Only 150 calories for the whole snack sized bag, and 6 grams of fat. I can totally work that into my diet!! So I began to pray to the Cheeto gods that these wouldn't taste like cardboard. THEY DON'T!!!
Ok, they aren't quite as delicious as the regular fried, fatty salty Cheetos...but they totally work for me! Killed the "junk food craving", and I don't hate myself for eating them!
Oven Baked Crunchy Cheetos...all of the orange dust, none of the guilt!

Before there was Micellar water, before there was makeup removal wipes...there was Nivea Creme! This stuff really brings me back to my childhood. Every woman in my life (mom, grandmothers, aunts etc.) had a jar of Nivea in their beauty arsenal. It removes makeup like a dream, and is very, very nourishing to the skin. I try just about everything that comes out on the market...but always come back to Nivea! -

Let us eat cake!! I am such a fan of McCain's Deep 'n Delicious cakes, sometimes I have a hard time waiting for them to thaw out before I steal a slice. (full disclosure: I like them still kinda frozen) The marble flavour has the best of both worlds (chocolate and vanilla) The frosting is very light...but is a bit on the "too sweet" side.
These also make the best cake pops!! Just crumble everything up (cake and frosting) and form into balls for the perfect pop!!

I love the light pink colour. It's a nice soft pink, not bright and obnoxious at all.
The price point is fantastic (under $3.) I think the only negative, is my lips feel a little greasy when I rub them together after I apply this balm. However...most balms are like that, so I won't fault NIVEA too much for that.
