The UI on the website was categorized well and easy to navigate. To my surprise, you could shop for items from Farm Boy and Well.ca, and not just Sobeys.
The only con I would say that there were items missing that you would normally be able to get from the brick and mortar. Not sure if out of stock or unavailable as a whole.
Receiving the groceries was a great experience as well. The driver called prior to arrival. During the delivery, the driver explained the delivery process, which includes quality checks and temperature checks before drop-off.
Overall, would do this again. $8 delivery is worth it for the 2.5h I save every week.

This product claims to:
- Dissolve pore-clogging impurities
- Gently exfoliate to remove dull, dry skin cells
- Evens oily and dry zones
Ingredients include:
- Retinol, to help improve skin texture, tone and radiance
- Glycolic and Salicylic Acids to gently exfoliate to help clear pores and skin imperfections
- Pomegranate Extract to help neutralize and protect skin against free radical damage
I bought this from Sephora a few days ago ($40 for a 2oz. bottle) in hopes that this will be a solution to the enlarged pores on my nose. After reading many reviews, I decided to go with this product.
It's only been two days, but so far it's done a great job of shrinking my pores and evening out redness under my nostrils. When used all over the face before bed after toner and in combination with some moisturizer, you wake up to insanely smooth skin!
Unfortunately, it hasn't done much to actually clear out the pores yet, but something topically applied like this (without any form of manual extraction) probably takes time to fully clear out the pores, so only time will tell. To speed up the process I'm panning to use it in conjunction with other product.
Conclusion:
If you're looking for a quick way to shrink pores and even complexion, this is your potion!

BEST. EYELINER. EVER.
I have pretty oily lids and any pencil liner I've used smudges on me literally in a blink of an eye. This one, however, smudges the least for me, and I was actually amazed at how little it smudged after a few hours of wear. This eyeliner is waterproof, and allows for intentional smudging and softening using the sponge tip that is on the pencil.
I saw a few reviews on the CG site of complaints that they were not warned about the fact that this liner needs to be sharpened and that it didn't come with one. Come on. It's not that difficult to get a sharpener (and any professional liners you'll find need sharpening as well). Anyway, it's well worth the 'trouble'.
All in all, it's definitely worth every penny, especially if you have oily lids or sensitive/watery eyes. Also perfect for the smoky look. I received my first one from ChickAdvisor and didn't wait long to get more in different colors!

I wanted to try this product for a while but my skepticism always overruled. I found this on sale at my local grocery store for half price and decided to give it a try.
First of all, the instructions say that this only works on dry hair that is less than 1/4". You have to work in circular motion, 3 times clockwise, 3 times counter clockwise, until the hair is removed. I think this works best on leg stubble. It allows you to prolong the time between shaves, but unless you're trying to use your razor for longer, it's probably easier to just shave. If you want to use it anywhere else, such as arms, I suggest you shave your arms first and start using it on the regrowth.
I also tried this on my upperlip, which worked after a lot of vigorous rubbing. Ow. It removed the fine hairs, but the area was a little sore and red for a little while. Probably shouldn't try that again!
Overall, the product does work to an extent. It somewhat removes unwanted hair, but it definitely exfoliates your skin to silky smooth!

I received these to try because I have higher arches and usually find a large gap between the arch of my shoes and the arch of my feet. This makes it very tiring to walk and stand because the only support you get are on the front of your feet.
The Gel Support Ultra Arch has a great feel to it and has a sticky backside to prevent the insoles from slipping around inside the shoes. However, personally these are still too low for me when wearing heels. For flats, however, they do provide some relief and shock absorption in the arch area. Maybe I should try stacking them!

The SofSole Adapt insoles are completely customizable. To use them, you must bake them for a short while to soften the material, then place them in your shoes. You then step into the shoes on top of the insoles for it to mold to your feet, creating a fit that suits only you.
These custom insoles really do create a perfect, comfortable, fit. However, these are only to be used on flat shoes. Also the insoles are quite thick, so you probably will need to purchase shoes that are a size larger in order to get the perfect fit.
I received these to try because I have a higher arch and I often find it painful to walk or stand a long time in badly supported footwear. These insoles provide a high and firm enough arch support to fit my needs. Too bad these don't work on heels!

I received this eye cream a while back and have been using it for about a month (since maximum results are achieved after one month) and it has been helping me battle my dark circles that result from lack of sleep.
The box says that this daily moisturizing eye cream helps increase skin's power of regeneration so it regains the qualities of young-looking skin.
Immediate results - skin appears smoother and is deeply hydrated; wrinkles begin to appear reduced.
1 Week - Signs of stress and fatigue look visibly diminished.
1 Month - Eye area looks rested and more luminous; Crows feet, dark circles and puffiness look visibly reduced.
My biggest concern about my dark circles is that they tend to become very try. This cream has helped hydrate them and smooth the skin around my eyes. It has also reduced some puffiness and darkness around my eyes which is also a plus.
In the end, though, getting enough sleep is always the best cure!

I got ahold of some of this on sale at Shoppers last week, and have used a few times since. You know how baby powder is supposed to help soak up oil in hair? I think this is something similar but the powder combined with a spray can. It works pretty well and smells great, but I feel like the spray makes my hair seem more wet and it takes quite a bit to remove the amount of oil I'd like. Overall it works great, however, it's been less than a week and for some reason my spray can lost pressure and now I can't spray anymore... but other than that, I recommend it! -

I got this razor from a PR company to try.
This razor is meant to alleviate the harshness of shaving constantly, using soothing properties such as olive oil, avocado, and kokum butter to deeply moisturize the skin.
The good thing about this is that you don't need to buy shaving cream for this, as the moisturizing lather sticks above and below the razor portion is sufficient. The scent of vanilla, caramel and cream is very relaxing and sweet, but it really depends on the person. It also comes with a convenient wall stand for the shower.
I've used a similar venus razor with the lather sticks and found that they disintegrate/fall off pretty quickly. Maybe it's because I keep them for too long, but it happens in about 3 or 4 uses. Also, with the lather sticks there I feel like i need to press harder for the right amount of contact, which causes me to nick myself.
However, I don't think I'll be able to switch back to regular razors without the moisturizing components because it does make my skin feel less irritated. Well done, Gillette!

The Magic Queen Palette comes with 3 pressed eyeshadows (gold/silver-gold/bonze), cream eyeshadow/eyeliner in dark green, blush (light pink w/ sparkle), and cream highlighter (pale gold).
It's a beautiful palette that compliments most skin tones and the staying power of the pressed eyeshadows is great! The blush is a little too light and sparkly for my liking. The cream eyeliner and highlighter work great and have good lasting power, but they're items I'd personally only use occasionally.
Overall, it's the cutest thing ever and makes a great gift or on-the-go palette.
