I have some patches of extremely dry skin on my chest and arms. I have tried tons of moisturizers and none have helped. Nivea Creme, however, worked wonders. After only a few days, my dry patches were cleared up. I find it too thick and rich for my face, but as a body cream, it's great! My wife likes the smell too, so that's a bonus.    -
