Was excited to try out this Tresemme Smooth Compressed Micro Mist Hair Spray Hold Level 2 courtesy of ChickAdvisor. First impressions was the can was the perfect size to hold firmly in my hand and maneuver. The spray is smooth and a nice light mist and smelt much better then a normal hair spray. I used it just to keep my bangs out of my face mainly and a little body in my hair and it held up well. It didnt make my hair feel crunch or stiff like most hair sprays. It looked natural but somehow everything stayed where I wanted it. Really enjoyed this product. -

Was really excited to try this Love Beauty & Planet Coconut Water & Mimosa Flower Volume and Bounty shampoo courtesy of ChickAdvisor. I love the packaging these products came in and first impression when I went to use it is that it smells AMAZING. I felt like I was on a tropical vacation. A small amount of the shampoo gave me a great lather and it left my hair feeling soft and clean. I followed up with the conditioner and I did notice once my hair was dry that it did have noticeably more volume then normal which was great. I really liked this product and Ive also noticed it says its colour safe which Im curious about because I recently coloured my hair as well. Would definitely recommend this product and will be purchasing in the future. -

Was really excited to try this Love Beauty & Planet Coconut Water & Mimosa Flower Volume and Bounty conditioner courtesy of ChickAdvisor. I love the packaging these products came in and first impression when I went to use it is that it smells AMAZING. I felt like I was on a tropical vacation. I used the conditioner following the Love Beauty & Planet shampoo. A little dollop was enough to coat my hair and it left it feeling very soft right after rinsing. I did notice once my hair was dry that it did have noticeably more volume then normal which was great. I really liked this product and Ive also noticed it says its colour safe which Im curious about because I recently coloured my hair as well. Would definitely recommend this product and will be purchasing in the future. -

The scent is AMAZING. I love the smell of this body wash. It makes me feel like I'm at a swim up bar in a tropical location. Feels like Im being pampered even though this is not a luxury priced product. A little goes a long way and this stuff lathers up really well. It left my skin feeling clean and soft. Overall i am in love with this stuff and will definitely purchase and recommend. -

My boyfriend was excited to try out the Dove Men+Care Scalp Anti Dandruff 2 in 1 Shampoo courtesy of XY Stuff. The scent was great and it lathered up nicely. It has really helped him combat the dandruff he's been having because of winter dryness. His hair is soft and shiny and he's very happy with the results he's gotten from this product. We will definitely pick this up in the future. -

I was excited to try this Premier Protein Chocolate shake courtesy of ChickAdvisor. The shake is in a convenient package that is easy to throw into your bag and head out the door. I used it as my afternoon snack and it did a great job keeping me feeling full with its very high protein content. The taste was good. It was a little chalky but overall it wasn't bad. I think I could sacrifice a bit of taste for the benefits of this. I would recommend this for people looking for a good protein drink. -

Like the individual packaging as they are easy to grab and go. They are very fresh for a packaged product and feel like a homebaked muffin. The taste was okay on these. Very bran heavy in flavour and not so much fruit. I would have liked to taste more of the blueberry and cranberry in these. However overall they make a good snack and its great that they are made with natural ingredients. -

Was very excited that I was chosen by ChickAdvisor to try these Good & Simple Walnut + Grains Bars for free. I picked them up at Metro (retail cost $4.99). Love that these are made with real ingredients. They are suprisingly fresh in texture and taste for a packaged product. Feels more like a home baked then a lot of other products available. The taste is okay, I think for my preference I like something a little sweeter (just a tad more!). The maple syrup is subtle but the walnut flavour is good. Overall its a good snack. I would recommend. -

I was chosen to review this product free thanks to ChickAdvisor. I picked up the IOGO Protein in chocolate flavour. First impressions is that this yogurt is VERY thick. You feel like you're actually eating something very filling unlike a lot of other yogurts out there. The flavour was great. good ratio of flavor to mix into the yogurt. It kept me feeling full for a good chunk of time. Would make a great snack or after workout pick me up. -
