Hey..new to this site so please bare with me. My daughter who is only 8 (9 in a few months) really really wants to die her hair, nothing extreme just a few streaks but she wants to dye it bright blue. So Ive sort of been looking around at different places would you or could you recomend a stain or dye that is semi permanent but in the clour blue. We also have done the whole hair chalks but not the best looking or feeling. Thanks so much if possible:)
